Chapter5-The Truth About Andrew

 It's a week later, and 7th Anthem were back in dance rehearsals. After going over three new dance routines, it was time for a lunch break. Brandon walked up to Andrew, and said, "Look, I'm sorry for the way I acted last weekend. I was way out of line."

 Andrew responded coldly, "I know. You apologized that same day."

 "Look, we haven't been getting along for the past several years. I think we should start over."

 Andrew gave a snarky question, "What do you have in mind?"

 "Well, I was thinking tonight after rehearsals, we crash at my flat, and we just get to know each other."

 Andrew was now puzzled. He wasn't exactly sure why Brandon was making this request. So he said, "Can I get back to you after lunch, I mean, dinner?"

 Brandon smiled as he said, "Sure. And you've been living in London for what, 3 or 4 years now? You should've been familiar with British English."

 "Yeah, well, I'm still American. You can't exactly get rid of old habits."

 With that, Andrew followed the other 7A members out of the dance studio. They soon arrived at a restaurant. As they entered, Libby took Trevor aside, and said, "So, how about that movie tonight? Just you and me, dodging the paparazzi, and making out?"

 Trevor nervously laughed as he replied, "Yeah, about that."

 Libby gave a frustrated sigh as she asked, "What now?"

 "Well, I just have things to do."

 "You have 'things to do' after rehearsals, which end at 8 at night?"

 Trevor just shrugged his shoulders, and went inside the restaurant. Libby pouted, and then came up with an idea. She approached Amanda, and took aside. Amanda asked, "What is it?"

 Libby asked, "How do you feel about plotting schemes, just like in high school?"

 "Does this have anything to do Andrew?"

 "What? No! I mean, that wouldn't be bad, but this has nothing to do with him. It's Trevor."

 Amanda rolled her eyes as she asked, "What now? You think Trevor's gay now?"

 Libby, growing irritated, said, "No! I saw him kissing another girl! And it's not just any girl. It's Lana, one of our backup dancers."

 Amanda was shocked by this news. She asked, "Are you sure? Maybe it was a guy who looks like Trevor."

 "No, it was him. That's why I need to expose him."

 "But why do you need me?"

 "I need a witness."

 Amanda agreed.

 At the same time, Alyson took Andrew aside to talk to him. She asked him, "What did Brandon say to you?"

 Andrew replied, "He offered me to crash at his place so we can get to know each other."

 Alyson then became suspicious. She asked, "Why would he want you at his apartment? Why couldn't he just talk to you now?"

 "Trust me, this offer does seem suspicious. I'm not sure if I should take it or not."

 "The guy hit on you last weekend. I bet he wants to sleep with you."

 That made Andrew more nervous. He thought for a moment, and soon replied, "Aly, I won't let that happen. I only feelings for you. If I take the offer, and nothing happens, then we're good. But if Brandon tries to make a move on me, I'll leave. Okay?"
