Chapter12-Uncertain Lovers

June 26th, 2011

The kiss had spark. It was warm. It was sincere. It was loving. Alyson hadn't felt that way with her boyfriend Aaron, but she did with Andrew. It brought back all the memories and feelings she had for him.

As for Andrew, he missed Alyson. He missed everything about her. At that moment, he forgot about Brandon. He liked his boyfriend, but he loved Alyson. She was the only person he wanted to be with.

They broke away when they heard the crowd cheering for them. The two realized they were on a stage where Andrew stripped naked for charity. He was still very much bare.

He whispered into her, "Come backstage with me. Put in your pledge as I get my clothes on."

Alyson nodded her head, and followed Andrew into the backstage. She took out her checkbook, and put in for 200 pounds. She put the check into the pledge box. As soon as she did that, Andrew approached her. He was fully clothed.

He said to her hastily, "We need to leave now."

 "Why?" she asked.

 "I'll explain in the car."

So Andrew grabbed Alyson's hand, and lead her to the parking lot. They got into his car. Just as he was about to leave the club, he saw Brandon running out of the club. He glanced to see not-so-sure-anymore-boyfriend heartbroken. Andrew felt a bit guilty, but he didn't love him. He felt nothing for him.

As he was driving to the 7A condo, he slowly laced his fingers through Alyson's. She didn't want to face him, but she could see his face in the reflection of the passenger side window.

She was filled with feelings. She was mad at Andrew for two reasons: 1) He kissed her, knowing full-well she moved on, and 2) he broke Brandon's heart and abandoned him. She was sad because she didn't want to love him, but she knew she did. She tried to fight off her feelings for Andrew, but that kiss made her weak.

Not wanting to lead him on, she shook off his hand. Then she asked in a monotone, "He told you, didn't he?"

Andrew, feeling confused, asked, "What do you mean?"

"Didn't he tell you that he loved you?"

He knew exactly who she was talking about. He replied, "He did. I didn't say it back."

"Why didn't you? Don't you love him?"

"I had feelings for him, but I didn't love him. He's a great guy, but...the relationship felt shallow. It's like there was nothing there. He showered me with kisses, gifts, and even sex, but it all felt empty."

Alyson thought for a moment, and soon asked, "How do you describe our relationship?"

Andrew had to think for while. Soon, they were back at the 7A condo. Once they went inside, Andrew took a makeup remover wipe from Alyson's room. After he took off the eyeliner he sat on her bed. She sat on a chair. She waited for his answer.

He finally answered: "Alyson, we have history. Everything about us was real. We put each other through shit just to fight off our feelings. Once we finally admitted we like each other, I felt a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I was free to be with you.

"Not only was I able to love you openly, you changed me. You made feel confident about myself. You helped me realize me true calling, which was doing performing arts. You gave me the opportunity to be myself. It was you who made me the man I am today. I could never thank you enough, but I was ungrateful. I cheated on you twice. Once with Amanda, and the second with Brandon."

Alyson thought for a moment, and asked, "Do you still consider yourself bisexual?"

Andrew replied, "I don't know anymore. I think I'm more straight than anything. I had crushes on guys before, but that's all they were. Just crushes. Now girls, I liked them lot more. Maybe this bisexual thing was just an experiment. I never really loved him. I had this nagging feeling that I still loved you. Maybe I'm just bi-curious, but very much straight."

Alyson asked, "Really? So if I kissed you right now, you wouldn't mind?"

"Why would I? I just kissed you."

Then Alyson asked seductively, "So if we did each other, would you want more of me?"

Andrew replied seductively, "As long as you have protection, I could have you all night. But what about your boyfriend?"

"Like you with Brandon, Aaron was just a friend to me. You're all I want."

Then the two kissed passionately. They missed the passion, the fire they had for each other. Soon the kissing lead to sex, which was something both wanted from each other.

At the same time, the charity striptease show has ended. The show reached its' monetary goal, and then some. The performer that raised the most was Andrew. He was a surprise to the crowd, and the most popular.

As the Melissa Shum, Libby, and Amanda were leaving the club, they saw a blonde man wearing sunglasses standing at his car. They recognized him, and approached him.

Libby asked, "Justin, what are you doing here?"

Justin replied, "I said I was gonna support Andrew, didn't I?"

Amanda asked hesitantly, "So...what you think of his performance?"

Justin smirked, "It was interesting. It's about time he snogged Alyson."

"Yeah, I figured that was going to happen eventually, just not in front Brandon. Anyway, I meant Andrew's striptease."

"Like I said, it was interesting."

With that, Justin got in his car, and drove off. Then the three girls entered their car. As Amanda drove, Melissa said, "I can't believe I saw Andrew, the guy I dated when we were barely 14, naked."

Libby said, "Well, better we see him now than when he was a teenager. He's really hot."

Amanda commented, "He is. During that performance, I found myself wanting to f*ck him."

"You think you're the only one? I want him so back!"

Melissa asked the two girls, "What about Brandon? Or Alyson? Shouldn't Andrew decide for himself who he wants to be with?"

Amanda and Libby thought for a moment. Then Amanda said, "You're right. Andrew should make that decision for himself. After tonight, I think he chose Alyson."

Libby said, "It sure looked like it. Just as I was getting used to Andrew being gay, I see him kissing Aly."

"Andrew's not gay; he's bisexual. It makes sense that he would be. He always runs back to Alyson. Always."

Melissa asked, "So if you know that Andrew would always go back with Alyson, then shouldn't you move on? He clearly has."

Amanda replied, "I know. I've been in the band long enough to know that Andyson will always be inseparable."

Libby added, "Yeah, I've moved on too, but I can't help but feel jealous toward Alyson. I mean, I also grew up with Andrew. I may not have known him as well as Alyson did, but still. I don't know, I guess, in a way, I still have feelings for him. Even though he forgave me for the things I said to him, he would never get back with me. He's too much in love with Alyson. It's like those two are soul-mates."

Melissa said, "That's because they are."

With that, the girls became silent. Amanda has moved on from Andrew. As for Libby, even though she has a boyfriend, she still misses Andrew. Yet, she was willing to let him go.
