"Confess if you don't feel safe"

We arrived at Dwight School. We went straight to the principals office. She was a really nice Caucasian lady. "Hello, Mrs. Genevieve", Cranston greeted. "I work for the NYPD, this is my wife Diane Cranston.", he added. "I see, and what are the Jansens doing here, I may ask?", our principal said. "Unfortunately, their parents were murdered in some sort of way, they were friends with us. They are under the care of the uncle and aunt", Cranston replied. "Oh, I am so sorry for your loss", said Mrs. Genevieve.

"There was another murder case today where we believe that the victim might have attended this institution", said Cranston formally. His wife pulls out a picture from the iPad and shows it to the principal. "Does this girl attend your school?", Mrs. Cranston asks. "I recognize that student", replied Mrs. Genevieve, "Her name is Brooke Livingston. She just transferred here on the first day of school for the 9th grade.", she adds. One of the officers take notes on Brooke Livingston. "Thank you for your time, Mrs. Genevieve", says Cranston. " Your welcome", replies Mrs. Genevieve.

We got a ride from Cranston back home. When we went inside, Jerome and Vivian were nowhere to be found. There was a note right next to the house phone. They've gone to do some errands and won't be back until 6:00 pm. Luckily, they left Lasagna in the fridge to be put in the oven.

I decide to sit down in the beige recliner. Gio went to go workout in the home gym, and Mia sits across from me, chatting with her friends on Facebook. "Mia?", I say. "Yeah?", she says distractedly. "Do you think the same killer might've killed Brooke just like what they did with Vincent and Charlotte?", I ask. From the moment I say that, Mia suddenly stops typing. She closes the MacBook and pays attention.

"What do you mean?", she asks. "Look how our parents were killed along with Brooke. The bullet punctured them enough to kept them bleeding, and look at their faces. They had the same expression as if they were shocked by someone that they saw.", I reply. "You're right", says Mia, "But we need evidence to prove that", she adds.

Just when we were finished, the home phone rings. It's Jerome, "Hello?", I ask. "Hey Troy, how's everything going?", Jerome says. "Good", I reply. "That's nice to hear. We're finishing up just now, we'll be home soon. Your aunt wants to make sure that you put the lasagna in the oven. Ok?", Jerome says. "Ok, bye", I reply. I hang up the phone. When I do that, Gio finishes working out and comes from the home gym. "Gio, can you just take out the lasagna from the fridge and put it in the oven?", Mia asks. "Sure", he says. Gio goes in the kitchen and does what he was asked to do.

I get a call from my phone. It's Lieutenant Cranston. I answer the phone, "Hello?", I ask. "Hey Troy", Cranston greeted. "I have something to tell you", he adds. "We ran ballistics from the bullet your parents and Brooke suddenly received," Cranston states. "Okay?", I ask without knowing. "They both came from the same gun. We might believe it came from the same killer", Cranston says. "Oh my god. That can't be possible", I say shocked, "It is", Cranston says."I gotta go.", I tell Cranston. "Ok, bye", Cranston hangs up.

"I just got off the phone from Lieutenant", I say. "What happened?", said Gio. "The bullets came from the same gun. They believe it might be the same killer who murdered them", I say. "Then we would need to keep a close eye on everyone", says Mia. From that call, nothing was the same.
