**Alrighty so here's the next chapter, hope you guys enjoy it! Give me some feedback pleeease?(:
I wander through the hall to my locker and head to geometry class. The halls are empty and my steps echo throughout the building. Too quiet for my liking. I swing open the door and stroll pass Mr. Froggy, set the tardy slip on his desk, and walk to mine. I am trying to avoid all the glares that come along with being late, like seriously guys? Have Finn in the next class and I’m not looking forward to it… Biology itself is overwhelming and with Finn having the lab table right in front of me, talk about awkward, then again maybe he will forget everything that happened or at least act like it. I hope.
“Mizz. Olsen, I see you haven’t bothered to do a single task since you’ve walked through that door” Mr. Froggy pauses “Let’s not forget you were late.”
“I’m aware of my tardiness thanks” I snap at him. He takes a deep breath and gives me a death glare, which I gladly return, he is the only teacher that brings me trouble. After an intense stare down with my geometry teacher, he straightens his tie and turns back to the smart board behind him.
I settle into my seat and open up my notes, copying down the steps typed up on the board. Jesse turns around as Mr. Froggy switches slides.
“Nice one” he whispers.
“Thanks” I smile.
Mr. Froggy was interrupted mid sentence by the bell. Unlike the normal never-ending class period, it went by really fast. Even though I was roughly 15 minutes late to class in the first place. Of course it goes by quick when I am dreading the next class… great.
I take my seat in the biology lab next to a girl named June who barely ever speaks. She smiles at me as I sit down and I return the gesture.
“Hey June” I say, taking out my notebook.
“…Hi Maggie” She replies meekly.
Finn walks through the doorway, eyes focused on the floor. I instantly look down at my notes and start scribbling song lyrics in my notes. I sigh, it shouldn’t be like this, can’t we just be friends? This is stupid. I am going to be the better person here.
“Hey Finn” I say in a more than happy tone.
“Hello” he says simply, looking forward. Ouch.
Alright whatever, I can try again later. But I’m not going to act like that didn’t hurt, it did. A lot. The whole lesson I’m staring at the back of Finn’s head, his shoulders and back. After about 10 minutes I had memorized every slight wrinkle on the back of his shirt, and also a teeny piece of fuzz that was driving me crazy. Geometry had gne by in a breeze but Biology was dragging on for what seemed like centuries. Finn kept wiggling around, probably feeling my intense stalker stare, I should probably stop now…
“Maggie!” a loud voice yelled, making me jump, and knocking me out of my gaze. The voice belonged to Mrs. Weir.
“Uhmm… yeah?” I ask, still gathering myself. She looks at me, with angry eyes. She’s very young, I would guess she would be in her late 20s and very pretty, she has gorgeous long blonde hair and has a really good fashion sense. I look down and fiddle with my pencil, not from her, because Finn is the only one not turned around, and it’s making me really sad. I think Mrs. Weir saw my sad expression so she decided to let me off the hook.
