"When you like to make someone cry, I mean, it's like, one of the most hateful or evil things you can do. Is to gain, you know, gain pleasure out of seeing someone suffer".

"Nosey much?" I jump when a voice scares me from behind.
I turn around, facing Josh. "What are you doing here?"
"I guess I could ask you the same question."
"I came here to see if Tyler left anything that could help us find his location."
Josh scoffs, "Clues? Are you kidding me? He just ran off, he didn't even know he was going to do that until two seconds before he did."
"The thing is," I say, "I don't think you're right."
He furrows his eyebrows, looking at me in confusion, "What do you mean?"
"You and I both know Tyler is not schizophrenic, I think he wanted us to know that too."
"By running away?"
"No," I say, "by coming back to his senses and realizing it himself."
"That doesn't explain why he escaped."
I sigh, "I think Tyler and Blurryface are separating slowly."
I hand him the notebook Tyler uses to write songs and open it to the last page that has something written on it.
"Help me polarize. We have problems. Domingo en fuego. I don't know where you are, you'll have to come and find me... What the hell is this?"
"Tyler wrote it just before he ran off. I translated the domingo en fuego part and it means 'sunday on fire'. Considering he said sundays are his suicide days in early songs, I think he means that the urge of killing himself is weakening. I think him and Blurryface are separating, polarizing."
Josh sits on Tyler's bed, which is very clean due to the fact he's been missing for two weeks already. The sheets are white, just like everything else in Twin Valley.
"Blurryface is dead."
I feel my heartbeats quickening as I turn my head to face him, "What?"
"He saw Blurryface dying and since then he couldn't make him appear. He told me that the day I came."
"Oh my god, are you kidding me?"
He shakes his head, "I think that Tyler running off was his way to try and find him and I don't think he succeeded. Especially now, when that girl told him that Maya doesn't exist. He's probably going crazy."
"But he's not crazy, Josh!" I exclaim, "He's not normal, that I know, but Tyler is not crazy."
Josh opens his mouth to begin talking and puts the notebook on the bed, but it falls to the ground. When it makes touch with the floor, a small, yellow paper sticks out. Josh picks it up. In a blue pen, with a handwriting that seems to be Tyler's, is written the sentence 'My treehouse is on fire' and right beneath it 'Out of student loans and treehouse homes'.
"What is that?" I ask.
"Two sentences, one from Forest and the other one from Stressed Out. Tyler mentioned treehouse in both of them."
I snatch the note from Josh's hand and read the sentences again and again. I storm out the room and push the note in the pocket of my hoodie.
"Jenna!" Josh calls my name and catches up with my quick-paced steps, "Where are you going?"
