Chapter 12

"What do you want?" I asked.

"Kim's in the hospital."

"What? Why ?!"

"She's really sick, she keeps vomiting."

"Oh my goodness..."

"Y eah, and it got me to thinking, people I care about could be here one second, and gone the next."

"Okay ?" I said.

"Listen, Andy . I'm really , really sorry for any thing I've ever said to you, I didn't mean to hurt you,"

"Bullshit!"

He put his hands on my hips, and got closer.

"I didn't bring you in here, for you to get mad at me... again."

"Well why did you bring me in here?"

He stay ed quiet, and started to lean in, I didn't lean in, but I also didn't pull away . I stood there, still, staring at him, when the

door opened. Eric and I both looked over to see Mandy . We pulled away from each other, quickly .

"Oh God, sorry ! I was try ing to find the bathroom,"She turned around closing the door. "Dear God."

Eric, and me both laughed.

"Thank God you were clothed!"Mandy stated.

I laughed

"Don't even."

"So, he was actually being sweet?"Nate asked.

"Y eah.." I stared off. "I got mad, and y elled at him, but he seemed to ignore the fact."

"So he didn't kiss you?"Paige asked.

"Nope, it was really awkward, after the incident."

"Guilty !"Mandy said, laughing, as she raised her hand.
