A/N: This is an imagine for Pastel_hearts15 . Thanks for the request, I hope you love it!

"See you soon," Ponyboy says, kissing me on the cheek. "Pick you up at 6?"
"Yep," I smile. "Gotcha."
Pony smiles and waves over his shoulder as he leaves for his house. He just walked me home from school, and he'll pick me up at 6, meaning I have a couple of hours to get ready.
He's taking me back to his place for dinner tonight, to meet his brothers and the gang. I'm really excited...but I'm also really nervous. Ponyboy and I have been dating since the start of the school year, and it's almost the end now, but it's been our little secret. Nobody really knows except for us and my parents. Although we love the little secret world of our relationship, we thought it was time to tell everyone. Starting with the gang.
After I close the front door I run up the stairs to my small bedroom. The pastel pink walls and bedspread are really the only things that make my room look like my own, the rest is just plain and boring.
Dropping my bag at the foot of my bed, I saunter over to my closet and try to decide what to wear. After a few minutes digging through my clothes I decide on an outfit. After changing into the black skirt that comes to just above my knees and a light pinkish tshirt, I stand in front of the mirror and admire my reflection. I add a little makeup and a necklace from my mom with a feather pendant on it. After a second look, I decide that the outfit looks good with my natural black hair left down around my shoulders; I'm ready.
Since it's only about five, I still have time before Pony will be here, so I pull out my homework and sit down at the wooden desk in the corner.
Taking out a pencil, I start my math. I twirl my pencil around, thinking about the answer to the first question. A while later there's a knock on my door.
"Yes?" I call.
"Pony's here," my mom's voice shouts through the door.
"Okay, let him in, I'll be ready in a second." I answer, madly scribbling trying to finish my question.
A second  later there's footsteps and another knock on my bedroom door.
"Who is it?" I call, not turning away from my solution.
"Ponyboy," the boyish voice says.
I smile. "Come in, Pony."
The doorknob turns and the door opens without a sound. Light footsteps patter on the floor and stop a few feet from me. "Math, huh?"
"Yeah," I laugh breathily. I push my chair back a little a stand up, dropping my pencil. I didn't finish, but that's alright. I'll finish it later.
I turn to Ponyboy, taking the jeanjacket off of the back of my chair and shrugging it on. I pull on my black converse and turn to smile at Pony once more.
"You ready to go?" Pony asks.
"Yep, let's go."
Pony smiles and I take his outstretched hand in mine. It's warm and it feels so nice to hold.
"Bye mom," I call as we pass the kitchen doorway.
"Bye, you kids have fun," she calls, not turning to see us.
"We will!" Pony and I yell in unison, and then turn to each other with playful glares. We laugh as we walk out the door and walk down the road, hand in hand.
After about twenty minutes he stops in front of an older looking house with a fence surrounding it. "This is my place," he turns to me, and then unhooks the latch on the gate, holding it open for me to go through.
"Thanks," I mumble with a nod.
Pony just smiles, doing the same thing he just did with the gate with his front door. I nod again and he follows me in.
"I'm home," Pony calls. He starts into what I'm guessing is the living room and motions for me to follow him in. "And I brought a guest."
"Hello," I greet them happily. I smile and give a small wave.
I glance around the room at them all quickly. I recognize all of them from one place or another, whether it be school, the DX, or just somewhere else.
I catch Dallas Winston sitting on the sofa, eyeing me. When he looks me up and down, I find it a little uncomfortable, so I shrink back, closer to Ponyboy.
"Who's the broad?" Dallas asks, still eyeing me.
"The broad is Kristi." Pony clarifies, glancing at Dallas.
"Uh huh..." Dallas nods. He gives him the 'and..?' look.
Ponyboy wraps his arm around my shoulders and pulls me closer to him. "And she's my girlfriend."
The room explodes in commotion.
"You have a girlfriend?" Sodapop exclaims, jumping up from his seat at the table.
"Since when?" Darry questions.
"I think the better question is how?" Steve chides. That earns him a dig in the ribs with Soda's elbow and I can't help but laugh.
"Nice, Pone," Johnny smiles. Pony smiles back.
"Aw, Ponys got a girrrlfriennnnd..." Two-bit teases, sounding like a five year old.
"Oh, shut up Two," Dallas rolls his eyes and smirks. "Congrats kid, never thought you'd have it in ya."
"Hey!" Pony exclaims and we all laugh.
"Well, he does," I chime in.
All the attention snaps over to me in an instant, almost like they forgot the subject of the discussion was present in the room. I chuckle lightly.
"So...your...?" Dallas questions.
I roll my eyes. "Kristi."
"Right," he nods. "And I'm Dal-"
"I know who you are," I state. "Kinda hard not to. Always in trouble with the cops, known bad boy, everyone knows you, Dallas."
Dallas smirks and laughs. "Call me Dally. I have a feeling you'll be around for a while kid."
"I hope so," I laugh.
"Me too!" Soda cheers. "My little brother...all grown up." He fake sniffs and pretends to choke up.
Ponyboy snorts and rolls his eyes. "Yeah, yeah."
That sets us all off and we laugh for a good minute or two, solid.
"But seriously, I'm happy for you two." Soda says, wiping tears of laughter off of his face.
"Yeah, me too," Johnny chimes in with another smile.
"Yeah," comes a chorus of voices from around the room. Well, I guess all of the voices but one.
"Darry?" Pony questions, turning to his older brother.
Darry looks at him very seriously at first, but then his face breaks out into a huge smile. "Nice going little brother."
Ponyboy grins really wide. "Thanks, Dar."
"No problem, little buddy," Darry replies. Then he turns to me. "You seem like a really nice girl, it'd be really nice to have you around. Plus, I have a good feeling you too have already been together for a while."
I nod sheepishly, smiling wide. "Yeah..."
"Well then hopefully it stays that way." Darry grins. "Welcome to the gang, Kristi."
"Thanks, Darry." I nod.
"No problem, kid."
Cheers erupt from around the room, which I find a little over the top, but I laugh anyways.
"Thanks guys," Pony says sheepishly.
"Yeah, thanks," I agree.
"Now let's go eat some chocolate cake!" Two-bit cheers.
"Yeah!" Steve yells. "Chocolate cake!"
I laugh as all of the boys start yelling and laughing, making a break for the kitchen.
"Uh guys? Guys!" Darry breaks in.
"Yeah?" They all freeze.
"How about some dinner first?"
"Oh...yeah..." Soda responds, rubbing the back of his neck.
Darry and the rest of the boys all laugh, just like Ponyboy and I.
"To dinner!" Dallas yells.
"Yeah!" And with that, they stampede into the kitchen, leaving me and Ponyboy alone in the living room.

Pony turns to me, putting his arms around my waist and pulling me to him. "Well that went well."
I rest my arms around his neck. "Yeah. It did."
Pony smiles at me. He smiles really wide. It's adorable and my stomach explodes in butterflies.
"I'm really glad we aren't a secret anymore." Pony says.
I nod. "Me too, Pony."
There's only silence for a moment, as his greyish green eyes stare into my brown ones. But it's not an awkward silence, not at all. It's very comfortable. It's nice.
"I love you, Kristi," Ponyboy whispers softly.
Even more butterflies erupt in my stomach and my face blushes a deep red. I don't even have to think before I respond.
"I love you too, Ponyboy."
I smile and he just grins back at me. Then suddenl we are both leaning in, and he presses his lips to mine. They are warm and soft pressed against my own, and I don't think about anything else, I just focus on the way this feels. And it feels great.
When we pull away we both can't help but smile, our faces both bright red.
Suddenly, someone pokes their head out from the kitchen.
"Y'all coming?" Johnny asks.
"Yep, we'll be in in a second." Pony confirms.
"Alright," Johnny smiles and then heads back into the kitchen to eat.
Pony turns back to me and grins. "Alright," he slings his arm around my shoulders. "Let's go eat."
I can't help but smile. "Let's."
