Chapter Three: Cranked pt. 2

We both looked at each other then looked back at the police officer and nod.

"We're fine" I said grabbing her hand and walking away as we got out of view she grabbed her hand away "look! I don't know who you are or who you think you are ok!? So why don't you scurry back to wherever you came from because you won't last in LA."

"Damn give me some credit if it wasn't for me you would've been stuck in there. I've made it this far haven't I?" I asked

"All I'm saying is you won't last and LA's not the place for you." She turned around and walked away

"Damn what's her problem?" Pff ungrateful "wait! What your name!?!" She flicked me off while walking forward.

I open my mouth in shock "WELL ITS BETTER TO BE CLASSY NOT TRASHY!!!" I smile. She likes me I know it haha. I drove home and saw my mom was watching TV so I started walking up stairs. "Jason!"

"Yes mama"

"Who's this girl you saved?"

I looked on the TV screen... Damn. I saw us on the news. "Uh. No one mama"

"No one huh? Well if she's no one then  you won't mind asking if she'd want to go fishing and swimming with us?"

"Mama, I'd rather not..." She glares at me "ok" I said walking up the stairs.

How am I suppose to asked her without her thinking I'm trying to make a move on her? I kept thinking of ways to ask... I don't know about this... Wait! Am I nervous??? No way I can't believe this shit. Nah uh...

I turn on my alarm clock to wake me up in the morning which I don't really need because I pretty much wake up myself but after being late I ain't taking any chances. I kept thinking about that girl. What's her name? I finally started drifting off to sleep.

I woke up at 2:30pm with a sound in my room, I turn on the lamp on the side of my bed "what the fuck are you doing here???"

"Shh, keep it down"

It's that girl. What is she doing in my room and how did she know where I lived? "I need your help Jason"

I looked at the clock and back at her with a tired look on my face " at 1:30 in the morning?"

"Listen, my ex Trever Hughes cheated on me about a month ago annddd I'm gonna get him back but, I need you to help me"

"why should I?"

"Because I feel like your the only one I can trust.."

"You made it perfectly clear you didn't want me here whatever your name is, which you haven't told me yet"

We stared at each other for a good 5 seconds. "So, are you in?" She asked holding her hand out.

I hesitate then smerk "hmm, I'm in. So what's the plan?"

(Outside ex's house behind a car)

"Ok, we r gonna go inside and I have wax here" she held out some wax and paper.

I look at her and raise and eyebrow "we're gonna wax off his eyebrows, aren't we? I'm in." We both chuckle then looked back at the house. We went through a window and up the stairs. "Would u like to do the honors?" She asked me. I look at her and took the wax and paper from her hands.

"I would" I say as I put the wax on the paper and place it on her ex's eyebrows. "U ready to run?" I rip the wax off and he woke but we were already out the bedroom door.

We run outside and around the bush while laughing and looking at each other "that was a rush" I laugh out of breath.

"Hey so um.. My mom was wanted me to ask you.. If you'd like to go out to the lake with use next week" I finally asked.

She looks at me admiringly, I guess she could tell I was nervous or somethin. "I'd be happy to go and I guess I owe u for doing this for me" she smiles, "I need to make you look like u have friends" she jokes.

I laugh, "well I need to go home it's 5 in the morning" I get up and so does she. I walk back to my house as she walks back to hers and get a good one hr of sleep.

"What a night" I say to myself drifting to sleep.
