Chloe rolled around grumpily on the Egyptian cotton sheets that surrounded her. She looked around as her eyes adjusted she saw the burgundy textured walls, ladies laundry and wine glasses. She realised she was clearly in Chuck's room. She frantically sat up but collapsed back onto the bed when her head began to throb. Chloe groaned until Chuck himself waltzed in to see her."Chuck how dare you take me here" Chloe mumbled.
"Don't worry, I have to much pride to do anything to a girl who's still trying to over come a hangover" Chuck smirked.
Despite his sometimes soft demeanour, Chuck had a bad repetition that casted a dark shadow on him. Out all night, King of all things sinful, Parties, drugs, girls and money. His inheritance was so powerful, even the esteemed adults wouldn't dare cross his temper. Even so, he allowed his inner Angel to be revealed around his closest Friends: Nate Archibald, Chloe Van Der Woodsen, and most of all Jaleesha Waldorf.
But how could they be Freinds , when the feelings they have for eachother are so much more ?
Jaleesha, like Chuck was the mastermind behind all schemes. She was the star of the show and the queen of popularity. But it was more then just school dominance, everyone could tell, it was also the long life royalty that she over the possessed. Basically no one could issue orders and inflict fear better then the notorious Jaleesha Waldorf.
Chloe sat up, her vision blurring with each and every movement. She was reckless and lost, but still aware enough to recognise Chuck's distress.
"Don't worry I know we can win her back" She said reassuring him.
Chuck sighed "You don't understand.I got Jaleesha arrested she will never forgive me after I caused a permanent flaw on her record."
"It was all a misunderstanding chuck, I'm sure you can explain it to the lawyers or whatever."
"As much money as I have, there's even times that Chuck Bass can't dodge the law."
Chuck and Chloe sat in silence before Chuck got up and left the room. He pulled out his Blackberry and dialled the Waldorf's home phone number. Dorota picked up.
"Mr Chuck, you shouldn't be calling here. Hasn't your lawyer contacted you yet?"
"No, is there something wrong?" You could here the worry in his voice.
"Miss Jaleesha has issued a restraining order on you, Mr Chuck , No contact allowed! Not even over the phone. Now no call again" Dorota slammed the phone down.
Jaleesha jogged downstairs from her bedroom with a helpless expression on her face.
"Was it him?"
Dorota nodded in Jaleesha's direction and continued dusting the room.
"Dorota I need a distraction" She said urgently.
"Miss Jaleesha, I really don't know how I can help with that" Dorota thought about it for a few seconds before saying " Back in old country when we need distraction we milk goat."
"Well Dorota we don't have a goats in the upper east side!! Now keep thinking."
Jaleesha's eyes lit up as she realised the perfect cure to her lonely state.
"Dorota fetch the car, and run my bath while I go look out for the perfect outfit".
"But why, Miss Jaleesha?"
Jaleesha flashed a sly grin," I'm finding a rebound."
