Chapeter 2: A scandal awaits

As summer comes to a fading end, your average Upper East Sider will find themselves hauling in this season latest trends.. and gossip.

However, that's not to say that the summer scandals have been left behind.

Word around is that Chloe Van Der Woodsen was caught with a mysterious man.

It couldn't possibly be lonely boy: Dan
Humphrey.

Chloe gasped for air as her summer mysterious man held her against a wall. His lips running across her neck before connecting with her own.

"Stop this"..... Chloe moaned.

The man continued brushing her neck with his mouth; oblivious to her discomfort.

"Stop now" she whined "I'm serious!"

It was completely obvious by the tone in her voice that she was drunk. Her eyes were half open as she tried to confront her 'date'.

Slowly the man ran his hand all the way up her leg and Chloe cried out for help.

"Shut up, you little bitch. If you know what's good for you!" He said.

Chloe attempted to push the man away from her. However this only made the man fill up with more anger, Forcing himself against her he kissed her again but this time more violently then ever.

She struggled for air against his demanding mouth and cried for help again once more.

"Help!" She moaned.

"What the hell do you think you are doing?!" A deep masculine voice sounded from behind.

The man stopped kissing Chloe and spun around wiping the spit off his mouth with the back of his hand,holding onto her wrist tightly so she wouldn't think she could escape he said to the man "And who exactly are you?" By the time in his voice you could tell he was clearly annoyed " Can't you see were on a date her buddy?"

The other man stared back at him cooly. Waiting for the right moment to make his reply.

"Carter , Stop" Chloe pleaded with her date.

"You stay out of this!" He barked.

Once again the mysterious man behind carter spoke.

Smirking softly to himself, the mysterious man said, " You really don't know who I am?" He grinned slightly before speaking again.

"You must come from Brooklyn because everyone around here knows who I am"

Carter squinted into the dim light that was covering most of the mans mysterious face off. His eyes slowly adjusted and he was able to identify who the man was.

He looked taken aback. "You're.... You're...."

But the man cut him off

"Let me finish that off for you" said the man smirking

"I'm Chuck Bass"

Chloe pushed Carters forceful body off her own shaking one, straightening out her dress, Serena summoned as much dignity as she could and confronted chuck.

"Chuck what are you doing here? I don't need your help"

"Well we both know that's not the case right now Chloe" he answered

"I can take care of myself, Just leave Chuck!" Chloe said loudly

Carter stepped between Chuck and Chloe and said "You heard the lady, we're not up to anything, so you can trust she will get home safely"

Chuck sighed loudly you could smell the attitude he had towards carter from a mile away, he looked up at the dark night sky, he wore an annoying expression as he looked at Carter.

"Chloe has had enough for one night, and if you valued your reputation in this town, I'd suggest you stay away from Chloe forever."

Chuck grabbed Chloe's arm and pulled her away from the dark alley. Despite her the rival she had with Chuck, Chloe allowed herself to be pushed into Chucks black limo waiting nearby.

Almost immediately began yelling at chuck for his behaviour in the alley "Nothing to happen I had everything under control before you decided to come up and act like my father !" Chuck sat silently in his leather seats as he waited for Chloe to calm down " I didn't come to rescue you, I came for a different reason" He murmured, Chloe twisted her body towards chuck "Is there something wrong? What happened?" She asked worriedly. When the great Chuck Bass needs help it obvious that there was something very wrong. As arrogant as Chuck was all that arrogance was greatly diminished as he sat silently looking out the window rubbing his eyes, Chloe looked at him once more hoping he would tell her what was wrong before sitting back down in her seat feeling more confused then she was before. They both sat in complete silence as the car pulled up at Jaleesha's drive way, most of the lights in the house were off considering it was 2am , finally the car stopped and the engine died off while waiting for Chloe to get out of the car and return home. Chloe nudged Chuck cautiously " Chuck whatever is bothering you I know we can get threw it, you just have to tell me what's wrong first "

At last, Chuck sighed and said " It's Jaleesha..."
