Next morning you were up bright and early. And by bright and early, I mean early. The sun wasn't even up when you tossed your blankets to the side and pulled on some regular clothing.

Walking to the door you grabbed the tea cup you had left sitting on your desk last night...last night. The memories of the night before flashed through your mind for a moment.

Loki's shocked voice ran through your head.

"Why do you care?"

Why did you care?

Shaking these thoughts from your mind, you opened your door and slipped out. The tower was quiet and you didn't expect to find anyone until much later, meaning the TV was all yours.

But, as it turned out, you were not the first one up. Walking out to one of the living rooms you heard voices flouting back to you, along with some kind of soft laughter.

Slowly and silently, you peeked your head around the corner to get a look, and almost dropped your mug.

Natasha? Clint? What were they doing up this early?

Making out. . . That's what.

You stayed there hidden in the door way mostly from shock, but a low voice you could practicality hear the smirk in snapped you out of it. "You know, it's rude to ease drop."

You spun around and came nose to nose with Loki. "And you're doing what exactly?" You demanded, pushing him aside and silently walking down the hall a few steps. Coughing loudly, you stomped back down the hall, sighing a little for extra noise. Loki looked as if he was about to laugh, but a sharp glare from you silenced him.

Walking past the door way into the living room you found that Natasha and Clint were fully separated and had the very look of innocence plastered across their faces. "You're up early," Natasha commented casually.

"Mhm," You replied with equal innocence.

Loki came into the room with a not so casual expression on his face. You shot him another glare, but when he raised his eyebrows at you threateningly, you shot him a pleading look instead.

The last thing you wanted was to get on Natasha and Clint's bad side. You know they were close but you never figured it was anything more than friendship. The word shocked  didn't quite begin to touch how you felt.

Walking over to the coffee pot you looked around at everyone and said, "Well, isn't this just a party?" Everyone sighed in agreement. It appeared everyone got up early in hopes of getting some alone time. Well, that didn't happen. "Does anyone else want coffee?"

"No thanks," Natasha and Clint said at the same time.

You nodded absently. "Loki? Coffee?"

"What is it?" He asked uncertainly.

"I'll just make you some, if you don't like it don't drink it." You turned on the coffee pot and waited faithfully by its side while it brewed.

A few moments later you the machine beeped and the precious liquid was ready for consumption. You handed Loki his cup. Turning back to the kitchen, you stopped when you heard the unmistakable sound of someone spitting out their drink, followed by shattering glass. You turned around quickly to see Loki with the most disgusted look on his face, glaring at you.

"Not your thing then?" You asked sarcastically.

"You actually drink that?" He half yelled.

"Yes, as a matter of fact," you replied scornfully, getting down on one knee and cleaning his mess for him.

He wondered over to the sink and swished his mouth out with water and spit it back. You threw away the broken glass just as Tony walked into the room. You nearly huffed in exasperation. Is everyone awake so freaking early this morning?

Tony stopped when he saw all of you. "Um? Are we throwing a party here? Because I wasn't invited."

You laughed a little, your humor easily restored, and said, "Tony what are you doing up so early?"

"I might ask you--all of you--the same question," He said accusingly, humming approvingly when he found coffee already made.

You walked over to the couch and sat down beside Clint, took the TV remote from his hand and flicked through the channels, stopping when you found they were playing an Episode of Supernatural.

Tony, coffee cup in hand, walked over and sat down beside you, took the remote from your hand and started flicking through channels much as you had done to Clint. "Jerk," you grumbled, half hoping he would reply, "bitch." No such luck.

Natasha and Clint were talking to each other and didn't seem to care what was playing. You looked around and noticed Loki had left the room.

Leaving the love birds and the billionaire, you sighed, picking yourself up off the couch and heading toward your room. On the way there, you ran into Thor. Jesus what is up with this morning? It's not even dawn! You thought to yourself bitterly.

"Good morning, my lady. Have you seen Loki? He is not in his room," Thor asked you pleasantly.

"Actually, he was just in the living room. Coffee is not his thing," You laughed.

"Coffee?" He asked.

"Never mind. He's most probably in his room," You said, walking past him.

Going into the corridor that took a turn to your room, you found The God of Mischief, heading to his own room.

"Loki, Thor is looking for you. Run," You teased.

He smiled at you and replied, "I believe I can handle it."

"Suit yourself," You said, cracking your neck as you went past. He flinched visibly. You stopped, and turned to look at him. That's odd, you thought. "Is there something wrong?"

"Must you do that?" He replied to your question with another question.

"Does it bother you?" You did the same to him.

"Well, yes. Somewhat."

"Um, okay then. Sorry," you said, a bit surprised. You supposed it was the sound of bone cracking that got to him. You walked the rest of the distance to your room with no more encounters.

Okay so here is this chapter. Please let me know what you think guys! How am I doing?
