Chapter 4: The Unexpected

At Yoongi's house, Everyone except Seokjin were gathering on the floor. Hoseok was on his pen,

"Here, here, and then here," Hoseok's voice was heard, like he was planning something.

"When it comes to here,"

"Yahh yahh Seokjin hyung!" Jungkook telling Hoseok, they hide the papers under the mat.

"What are you guys doing?" realizing they were on their knees, he asked.

"Nothing, hyung." Yoongi answered as he patting the mat.

"Okay. I brought this kimchi fried rice for you guys. Where's Jiae?" Seokjin asking all of them, but his eyes were locked at Jungkook.

"She must be selling the candies, she'll come later." Jungkook answered, realized that Seokjin is asking him eventhough his voice can be heard by the six of them.

"Oppa!" a voice of a little girl was heard. It comes from the front door. It was Taehyung 5 years old younger sister, Kim Seonna.

"Seonna-yaaaa~" they called for her name as she entered the house and sit on Jimin's lap.

"Who sent you here?" Taehyung asked. Moving himself to the couch as Jimin and Seonna were already there.

"Ahjumma! She told me to come here!" ahjumma means their aunty, the one who raised them because their parents are too busy working.

"Aigooo aigooo, you still can't say any words properly! Don't play when teacher is teaching!" Jimin pinched Seonna's cheeks as he said that.

"Today was sooooo exhausting!" Jiae's voice attract their eyes to look at the door. The sounds of she trying to loosen her shoes can be heard. She entered the house with a pair of blue stockings covering her toes.

"Aigoo aigoo? Is that Seonna?" her eyes are two times larger than usual. "Waaahh! It's been a long time since I met you, you are two times taller than before!" she continued.

"What two times taller? The last time you saw her is when she was still a baby," Taehyung interrupted.

Jiae glared sharply at Taehyung while clenching her teeth.

"There's one left, take it Seonna-ya. Unnie can't manage to sell this," Jiae handed a candy to Seonna.

Jiae was on her way to the kitchen when she heard a mega loud screams came from the other guest room. It's Hoseok.

"What are you guys even doing?" she asked as she saw Namjoon and Hoseok were playing video games. The other three were eating peacefully. Jiae continued her steps to the kitchen with the baskets in her hands.

Seonna moved from Jimin's lap to Taehyung's, "Oppa, it's her right? The one you like? She's kind! She gave me candy."

Jiae steps stopped in a sudden. She turned her head back to look Seonna as she surprised on what Seonna said. Jimin small eyes become larger after the words came out from Seonna's mouth. He looked at Jiae then moved his eyes to Taehyung, refrained himself from laughing. Taehyung glanced at Jiae as he whispered to Seonna, "You're too loud."

Jimin laughed softly, "Why does you told a little girl such things?" he said.

It was about two weeks to the national basketball competition. Jungkook is working hard preparing himself to be chosen. Yet, they still had to do friendly matches on their own before the coach choose anyone.

Jiae and Jungkook live alone. Their parents died in an accident when Jungkook was about 6 years old, Jiae was 8. They didn't had any problems living because their late parents left enough wealth for them to live.

It was 7 in the morning. Jiae walked upstairs as she thought Jungkook didn't woke up yet and might late for the training. It's a habit for her to open the door of Jungkook's room recklessly eventhough Jungkook is 19 now.

"Jeon Jungkook! Wake u-" Jiae can't finish her words. She reversed as she stepped out and leaned herself on the wall right beside the door of the room. Her eyes and mouth were opened widely, her both hands were on her chest, feeling her fast heartbeat because she saw Jungkook's shirtless. His abs looks like been drew on his stomach, even the less visible person can clearly see it. "Wait, why am I like this? I'm his noona though." Jiae gathered herself back.

"Hey, shouldn't you already arrived at school on this hour?" Jiae stretched out her head. Her feet still outside the room.

"We will start on 9am." Jungkook straighten his hands as he wear the jersey.

"I see," Jiae nodded. She then walked into the room and pinched Jungkook's cheeks and said, "Our baby, aren't you too young to have those things on your tummy? It should be round not looks like the top of buns!

"Ayyyy stop!" Jungkook repelled Jiae's hand. "It's hurt, and never call me a baby again. I'm 19, noona-ya!" He then took his bag and shoes, ready to head to the school.
