Chapter 7

Mals PoV

I Finally pull up outside the castle and allow myself to finally get excited that is if this meeting has a positive outcome after all this day could end with bell hating me!
I step out of the limo and steadily walk up the steps towards the castle. Suddenly my stomach is doing summer salts and I start to breath very heavily. My minds starts to race I find myself questioning if I am good enough for Ben. He is good, kind, handsome and my heart grows a bit when I'm around him. When I think about him I smile for no reason but am I good enough?
Before I have chance to turn around and run a startled bell opens the door and after a confused look she embraces me in a hug.
"Mal I am so glad your here I can't wait to learn more about you."
"I'm so excited. I just want you to know the real me." I say this with what I hope is a sincere look and I think I succeeded as bell smiles and moves out of the way so that I can step through the door.
"Today I have arranged for us to have tea in the library then we are going to a spa for the afternoon before returning here where Ben and Adam will join us for dinner." Wow she really thought about this and arranged a wonderful day!
"That sounds lovely."
We walk in silence to the library and bell allows me to enter first.
As soon as I walk in I have to suppress a giggle. Ben is already in there in just pyjama bottoms up a ladder looking for a book. He doesn't notice us until bell can't hold her laughter in anymore and burst out laughing followed closely by me.
Ben turns and gives us a smirk and winks at me. I think a blush red.
"Hey, what are my two favourite women doing in here I thought you were going out mom?"
"No actually we are having lunch in here before we go to the spa if that's not a problem Ben?" He just shrugs. "Well I suggest you go but some clothes on but before you go what are you looking for?"
Ben look up like he has been caught with his hand in the cookie jar before saying "it was just a history project book I'll find it later anyway!" He climbs down and walks towards us with his bottoms hanging off his hips in a really sexy way. I look at bell who is watching us both before looking back at Ben who is staring right at me.
"Don't worry I'm going to get out of your hair. I don't know if I'll make it for dinner but I'll try. Bye mom." He kisses his mums check before asking me to come outside into the hallway with him. I can't believe what he just said if he doesn't make dinner does that mean that I'll have to have dinner with both his parents on my own? That scares me. Bell and Adam are lovely and have only ever been kind at least to my face but I really don't want to sit and have dinner with them alone!
Ben must sense my uneasiness as he carefully enfolds me in a hug.he wraps his arms around me tightly like he is afraid to let go.
"Baby you will be fine I'm sure I'll be able to make it but that was just in case. Are you okay?"
"I'm fine I just...." I trail off I don't know what else to say.
"You will be fine enjoy your day with my mum. I love you." He pulls out of our hug and quickly pushes his lips on mine. Both his hand are on my bum pulling me too him. Both my hands rest on his upper arms until I start to feel something pressing against my belly. I smirk and push away . Ben blushes and shrugs.
"Go!" I demand."I love you too" he gives me a peck on the lips before he walks away and as I watch him he turns and winks. I smile and watch until he walks around the corner.
I walk beach into the library ready for today.
