Chapter 28

*2 month later*

Karlie POV

"Alright if you're going with me to this appointment let's gooooooooo!" I say while walking out the front door.

Everyone then exits the house and we part into multiple cars.

"How are you feeling baby?" Matt asks.

"Good... Just scared you know?" I say while looking down at my stomach. "I'm 4 months pregnant and I still haven't told my mom...." I say.

"Don't worry. Once we are finished with the appointment we will go home and your mom will be there and we can open the letter with everyone so everyone finds out the gender at once. Ok?" Matt says while looking at me with soothing eyes.

I just nod and grab his hand. I'm scared out of my mind to find out the gender... But I'm excited at the same time.

For the whole ride to the doctors office I couldn't stop thinking about how telling my mother I'm pregnant is going to go... And we have to tell the fans soon... Gosh life can be so difficult.

*Skip doctors Appointment*

"Can't you just tell us the gender right now?!" Faith complains.

"Now how would that make it a surprise if I just told you now?" I ask with a chuckle.

"It doesn't have to be a surprise!" Ariana exclaims.

I laugh while shaking my head and hold the envelope closer to my chest.

"You ready to tell your mom?" Matt asks.

"No..." I sigh.

"Well too bad buttercup, we have to tell her." Matt says while he lightly pats my thigh.

"I know." I giggle while getting out of the car.

As all of us walk into my moms house my heart beat begins to pick up and a lump forms in my throat. This is not going to be easy.

"Karlie!" I hear my moms voice call.

"Hey mom." I say as I hug her.

"Ow, hunny.... Have you umm... Gained alittle wait?" She asks.

"Yeah you could say that." I mumble.

I then hug Kim, Kourtney, Klohe and Caitlyn (Bruce).

"What's in the envelope?" Klohe asks.

"Well ummm.... That's what I came to talk to you guys about." I say while sitting at the kitchen counter. "Well do you remember about 4 months ago when my friends, Kylie, Kendall and I took that mini vacation?" I ask.

"Yeah."

"Well while on that vacation I found out that um.. I'm pregnant." I say.

Kim, Kourtney, Klohe, Caitlyn and my mom all look surprised at first but then they smile and begin to congratulate me.

"Wait..." My mom stops cheering. "Why didn't you tell us sooner?" She asks.

"Because I didn't know how to." I honestly admit.

"So what does the envelope have to do with anything?" Kim asks.

"The gender of the baby is in the envelope." I say.

"Give it to me. The grandma should get to open it since you didn't tell me up until now." She says.

"Alright. Fair enough." I say.

I hand her the envelope and she quickly snatches it out of my hands with a huge smile on my face causing me to laugh.

I watch as she slowly opens it just to tease us all.

"Today grandma!" I say causing everyone to laugh along with my mom.

She then pulls the papers out and I watch as she reads it and a wide smile spreads across her face.
