Chapter Eight: Yuu-kun you IDIOT!

Anju's P.O.V

I try really hard not to drag my feet, a yawn escaping my lips. "I'm so going to punch him for this." I mutter under my breath stretching my arms over my head.

"Top of the morning Anju!" Kai says waving me over and since I'm such a morning person I greet him a punch on his shoulder receiving a 'yelp' from him. "What was that for?" he asks rubbing his arm.

"That's how I greet people before seven in the morning" I continue walking "Don't worry that was a light punch," I ball my hand into a fist and you could sense a dark aura surrounding me, Kai even took a few steps back "Guren's punch is in a whole different level."

I'm sure you're wondering why I'm such a ray full of sunshine this morning (sarcasm intended). Well after the whole incident with Yuu and Yoichi joining the army, Guren decided to fill up our desks with paperwork, which we didn't complete until after midnight thank you very much. And the next thing we know he calls us in to do an extra early broadcast! The nerve of that man!! I think as we reach headquarters. Kai yawns next to me, he may be a morning person be even he has a limit. Not many people are in the building at this early hour, And I should be one of those people I think as I cross my arms over my chest "hmphing". We continue our way to Guren's office in a slow walk, "I swear I'm going to fall asleep in a matter of seconds" I yawn.

Kai laughs "No worries I'll carry you the rest of the way on my back if that happens." I'm too tired to smack him so I just respond with a shake of my head "No thanks, I don't want a pervert carrying me around."

He places a hand over his heart acting hurt "Man tough crowd," ruffles my hair "And newsflash I'm not a pervert."

I slam the door to his office without so much as a knock, "You better have a good damn reason and song for this outrageousness. Because if not..." I glare daggers at him "well you don't wanna find out."

He stands up and gives us each three papers "The reason is because I said so. Now get ready, it'll be like morning announcements for the school." He basically kicks us out. At the door I stop and look over my shoulder at him raising an eyebrow and ask "Because you said so or because Kureto said so?" he just answers with a grunt and the door closing in my face.

"I will forever hate putting on this damned wig." I struggle as I tie my black hair in two ponytails. At that moment Kai walks out of his changing room and walks into mine, after knocking of course. I turn to him "You're lucky you don't have to wear wigs for broadcasts." I turn back to the mirror placing my red eye contact lenses.

"Not on broadcasts, but every time Rebelle goes to school my brain suffers damage from it." His says smirking leaning on my door.

I twirl and walk past him out the door "Really? I thought you already had brain damage?" He follows behind shoving his hands into his pockets chuckling to himself. "Did you get an energetic one or a slow one?" I ask as we enter the broadcast room.

"I consider it as energetic." he says simply.

"Can I know the name?"

"Nope"

"Why not?"

"It's a surprise."

We do this every time he sings first. I ask what song and he always answers with "surprise". One of these days I will guess correctly and shut him up! But that has 0.0001% of happening.
