I look in the mirror and I see
a person I no longer want to be
I take one step and focus on today
who would have thought it would be so hard to change
I fall down and get bruises and bumps
and sometimes when Im down
I dont want to get up
but when I choose to get back on my feet
I know I have chosen success and not defeat
that is when I look in the mirror and I see hope and no longer fear
