16 With Triplets

Chapter Seven: Separation

I aimed at the tree the arrow went straight through. That cheered me up a bit, I smiled at myself. I suddenly became exhausted, I heard Shadow barking frantically I saw her running away from me. That was the last thing I remembered.

Sterling's POV.

I was making small talk with Owen when I heard Shadow barking and scratching at the back door.

"What's wrong girl?" She ran into the trees. I ran after her. Something is wrong with my baby. I saw Belle laying on the ground. I scooped her up and carried her home. I put her in bed and called Lucy. She came straight away.

"Does she know about Isaac?" Lucy asked me

"Yes"

"I'm afraid this is how she is dealing with the separation." She kissed Belle's forehead. "For the next week expect depression and mood changes" Lucy warned as she rubbed her baby bump.

"OK thanks for coming. Poor Belle keeps going through stress"

"Isn't her epilepsy gone?"

"Yeah, then she found Isaac in the state he is and Oden has mild-moderate sensory-neural hearing loss." I told her.

"You're magical" Lucy said.

"What?" I asked confused.

"Your perfect for Belle" Lucy told me.

"I believe she needs love and someone she can depend on whose not in her family... yet" I explained. I let Lucy out and went and had a shower turned on the baby monitor and fell asleep wrapping my arms around my suffering soul-mate.

Belle's POV

I heard the Baby monitor's cries and went to feed my kids before I leak everywhere. I picked up Oden to mix it up a little, then Blake and last but not least Felicity. I put Felic down and went back to bed. It was 2 o'clock that means they will sleep until 7, yay. I was out quicker than a light.

The baby monitor cries.

"They slept through woohoo" Sterling jumped out of the bed.

"Keep dreamin' boy" I kept my eyes closed. They woke up at 4 as well.

"ok I'll get them up and dressed then we will go in the playroom" Sterling put on some sweatpants. I got up and took a shower. I put on a lazy Sunday blue dress. I went to go to the playroom when the doorbell rang.

"I'll get it" I told Sterling. I went to the front door. Charlie, Liam, Scarlett, and Isaiah were standing there.

"Hi" I greeted them inviting them inside.

Hey we came to see if you needed help and to invite you guys to a sleepover next Saturday. All five of you are invited." Isaiah spoke.

"Sure" I hugged him then we made our way to the playroom.

"Hey Charlie, Liam, Scarlett, and Isaiah are here." I went over to Oden and played with him and Michelle went to Sterling.

"Hey guys we were just taking a chill day."

"Cool, we were kicked out of the house since Isaac couldn't remember us. He remembers the twins, Quads and Layla."

"That's an Improvement I guess" I picked up Oden and cuddled him. I blew a raspberry on his tummy.

"Hi Blake" Charlie went to Blake.

"That's Oden" Liam told her.

"No its Blake" Charlie and I corrected him.

"Ha" Charlie stuck her tongue out. I looked at Oden's beautiful smile.

"Oh god Oden's moulding is today" I got up and began to dress him.

"I'll dress him and take you guys while Sterling and the others help out with the other two." Charlie had given Blake to Isaiah. I ran into my bedroom and got dressed. I met Charlie at the bus.

"Let's go" Charlie went to the driver's side.

"Oden Carter-James?" the nurse asked as we walked in.

"Yes here" I raised my hand as we walked to her.

"This way" She took me to the empty room. An audiologist came in.

"How is Oden going?"

"Good he is an amazing child, like his siblings."

"Does he have older siblings?"

"One older brother and a younger sister"

"That's right he is the triplet am I correct"

"Yes" She prepared the green moulding clay and had cotton and string. She pushed the cotton into his ear which the string was attached to and squeezed the syringe full of clay into his ears.

"We have to wait 10 minutes" she took them out when time was up and we left.

"How was it?" Sterling asked as we walked through the door.

"We will go back in a few weeks" I told him. I put the sleeping Oden in his crib. The others went to Liam's since it was Michelle's nap time also.

"We have 90 minutes to ourselves. What do you want to do?" Sterling asked

"Not a clue" I said hugging him.
