After the computer incident, no one really spoke much the next day. It was making Brandon kind of nervous. Almost anyone could kill, and odds are, someone would after that.

Brandon made his way to his room to go to bed for the night, when he noticed his room was slightly open. He narrowed his eyes and pulled the small pocket knife he kept in his pocket out, slowly making his way to the door. He slowly pushed it open and saw that a mess was made out of his room. The lights were broken, so it was completely dark aside from the little light that came from the door.

Brandon stepped inside more and looked around, letting out a sigh. Who would do this? His thoughts were interrupted by the door slamming shut behind him. Brandon turned around, knife in hand and heard movement. His heart was pounding against his chest.

"Who's there?" He asked. No answer. Instead, he heard footsteps crunch on broken glass from the lightbulb. He turned around quickly and shoved his knife into thin air. Missed. He tried again, but in a different direction, and heard the intruder quickly jump out of the way. Brandon followed their footsteps and waited for the right moment. As soon as he knew it was time, he quickly ran into the direction of the intruder and shoved his body weight against them, knocking them against the wall.

They fell down to the ground and let out a groan in pain. Taking the opportunity, he quickly stabbed the person in their chest. They let out a loud scream before going silent. Brandon stood up, shaking. He felt their blood all over his clothes and hands. He went to his drawer and switched on a flashlight, aiming it at the body.

Zek. He killed Zek...

Brandon was found with Zek's body a few moments later by Adam, who automatically took him to the others. Everyone seemed surprised that Brandon would ever do something such as this, and of course asked questions

"What? Brandon you didn't really kill him did you?" Ian asked, shocked. Brandon stayed quiet for a few moments.

"I-I'm sorry... It was in self defense." He finally admitted.

"That still doesn't give you the right o kill somebody!" Adam said angrily.

"I know... I'm sorry."

"Who's going to be a leader now? We obviously can't let Brandon lead now that he's killed somebody." Smiffy spoke.

"I guess we'll just have to choose somebody else." Ian sighed. "Everyone else is dismissed."

"Wait what about Brandon? Are we going to ignore the fact that he literally killed somebody?!" Adam exclaimed.

"Well it's happened before, besides, if you're so concerned why don't you watch him?" Smiffy said. Adam went quiet, and everyone else left. Adam followed Brandon as he made his way to the library. He could now see why it bothered people so much when they had someone guard them.

This is going to be a long day.... Brandon thought to himself.

It turns out it was a long day. Brandon didn't do much of anything, not that he
could anyways, but it was still pretty dull. He had just read most of the day, and ate whenever it was lunch or dinner time. After dinner was over, Ian and Smiffy both announced who the new leader would be.

"Under a lot of consideration, we've both decided that Ray should be the new leader." Ray looked shocked, and also a bit frightened by the glares he received from Tom and Adam. Brandon was glad however, seeing as how the three would hopefully make good decisions.

Besides Brandon and maybe one or two others, everyone else-- specifically Tom and Adam-- were furious that they weren't chosen. Brandon overheard some of their conversations the next day.

"Ray's too weak to be a leader." Adam rolled his eyes. "He barely even talks!" Tom nodded.

"And all three of them are friends with murderers! Who knows what'll happen if we let it continue?" Tom replied. Meanwhile, Brandon was looking over at Ray. He wanted to be near his friend to comfort him, but he didn't want to make Adam angry by leaving his side. Instead, he watched as Tiffany and Jerome-- which shocked Brandon a bit, seeing as how Jerome also wanted to be a leader-- comforted Ray a bit by talking to him. Brandon was relieved to see people helping out so much.

The next day, Brandon and Adam found the new room that had been created for the remaining survivors. It was another library, however it was different than the one they already had.

It was much smaller, and instead of books, there were files. Brandon picked one out of a shelf and opened it. The first thing he saw was 'Gavino Free', and a picture of a smiling Gavin.

Name: Gavin Free
A.K.A: Gavino Free
Sex: Male
Age: 24
Occupation: Full time arsonist.
Allegiances: Michael Jones.
Notes: Weak, can be easily manipulated. Mastermind.

Brandon put down the file, his eyes wide. Were these files of everyone that had been here? Brandon picked up another one and read it.

Name: Ryan Haywood.
A.K.A: BMVagabond
Sex: Male
Age: 30
Occupation: ???
Allegiances: ???
Notes: Manipulative. Can kill easily.

Brandon wondered if he was in any of these. Curious, he went looking for his own file, and eventually came across it.

Name: Brandon
A.K.A: PeteZahHutt, Pete, Petey
Sex: Male
Age: 22
Occupation: Jobless
Allegiances: Kara (Girlfriend),
Notes: Refuses to kill, peacekeeper. Big plans!

Big plans? What was that supposed to mean? Brandon thought about this before Adam interrupted his thoughts.

"Let's go tell the others about this." Adam said. Brandon nodded, and the two made their way to tell the others.

Brandon still didn't understand what his files meant. Big plans? What exactly had the game makers 'planned' for Brandon, and why did they let him see it? These questions bounced around through Brandon's head and he sighed. Perhaps the game would be more complicated than he thought.
