The Bad Boy and Me

Chapter 1

I got dressed in a white plain shirt and light colored skinny jeans with my black converse. I let my blonde hair be down with its wavy curls it had. Then I grabbed my back pack and headed downstairs.

"Morning Dad" I said walking into the kitchen to make myself a toasted bread.

"Morning sweetheart" my dad said.

I prepared my toast and waited for it to be ready.

"Oh Riley by the way just to let you know your Aunt Sara is coming over this Friday to stay with us for awhile" my dad says.

"Aunt Sara is coming over!" I said excited. Aunt Sara is my Dad's sister and my only and favorite aunt. She's like a second mother to me. Not to mention how crazy and wild she is. Plus she's very cool and I love her a lot. I can't believe she's coming to stay. I rarely see her and am excited for her to come.

"Yup, were gonna have a family dinner together on Friday as a welcome to her"

"Wait how long is she gonna stay?" I say. "Well I don't know but when she comes on Friday you can ask her" my dad says.

I then hear a ding. I turn around to grab my toast.

"Bye Dad, have a good day at work" I say

"Bye Riley have a good day at school" he says

I give him a smile and grab my car keys that are hanging from the wall near the door and head out. I eat my toast on the way to my dark blue Lexus car.
I start the car and drive to school.
It only takes about 10 minutes to drive to my high school which isn't that far from my house. I get to my high school and park near the schools entrance. I always get to school early. I get out of my car and I try and look for my best friend Ally since we both arrive about the same time to school.

Ally has been my best friend my whole life. My family loves to see her. She's wild but fun to be with. We both understand each other and help each other when we need it. She's just awesome.

"Riley!"

I turn around to see Ally running towards me near my car with her curled dark brown hair going in front of her face. She stops in front of me putting her hand to my car door panting for breath.

"Hey Ally, you didn't have to run" I say

"I know it's just ..." She pants for more air. "Your my BFF and it's just good to always see you" she says as she then hugs me.

"What do you mean? We just saw each other yesterday" I say

She gives me the are you kidding me look. "Yea but I still miss you" she says

"I know I'm just messing with you. It's also good to see you too since I miss you sometimes" I say

She smiles. "Thanks, well now let's head in" she says

We walk inside together as always. We go to our lockers that are next to each other. I grab my history book and wait for Ally. Then we both walk together to our separate classes. I have history first and she has math. After lunch is when we have our last two classes together. For the first three we're not together.

"Bye Ally" I say once we get to her class.

"Bye Riley, see you in lunch" Ally says as she walks to her class.

I keep walking straight to where my class is. I pass by the popular kids. I can hear them talking trash about someone. Once I'm almost to my class I see Adam Miller. He's the schools bad boy. I look at him for a while as I'm walking. I don't really like him like most girls do but I guess you could say he's really attractive with the brown hair and golden highlights he has in his chestnut hair plus his light blue eyes.

I saw a glimpse of him getting his history book from his locker. Wait why was he getting his history book? He doesn't have history class first.

I looked away knowing he would turn around soon. I walked a little more till I rounded a corner where my class was. I entered with just a few kids inside. I sat in my usual spot which was the back of class. I sat in the far right corner. There was always an empty seat next to me in every class I had. With the other classes Ally sat next to me but there was still an extra seat. I thought that was weird but I guess people didn't want to sit next to me or for another apparent reason. One of my guesses which I thought was stupid was since they didn't want to mess with me. But to be honest I don't think someone would wanna mess with me based on how feisty I would be. No one had ever bothered me in my life and I liked that.

Soon more kids walked in. Then once the whole class was in their seats Ms.Bernard our history teacher walked in.

"Hello class, I have a new project we will be doing, but before we talk about that I have some great news" the whole class then stood up straight in their seats.

"We have a new student who is already in this school but have switched him to different classes, so he is going to this class from now on" Ms.Bernard says. "He should be here by now" she says.

The class door opens. Adam walks in.
