The Bad Boy and Me

Chapter 9

"Hey what the hell do you think your doing?"

I look up to see Adam. He goes straight to the man and punches him in the face. I hear the man groan. Quickly Adam gives the man another punch. But this time in the stomach.

Soon the other two guys start coming for Adam. Adam runs to his truck. He knocks on the truck window for me to open. I unlock it from my side door. Finally he gets in and starts to drive.

"You ok?" Adam says

"Yeah" I say

"What were they doing to you?" He asks me

"Just looking at me and maybe were out to get me" I say

"Probably cause they saw you attractive" Adam says

I'm shocked for a moment. Did he just say I'm attractive?

"Anyways" I say changing the subject. "Thanks for saving me back there. Again"

"No problem cupcake" he says

"Don't call me that!" I yell

"Too bad" he says smirking

I glare at him. Then my eyes fall to a bag that I didn't notice he brought in. The bag from the liquor. I pick it up and see beer inside.

"You drink this?" I ask

"Yea I do"

I put the bag down. Well he is the bad boy.

"Do you want one?" He says

"Umm no I don't drink" I say which is true. The only time I have drank beer was when I was 14. Which was an accident. I was at an adults party from my dads work. I miss took a red cup for my drink. Up until I took a sip from it I knew something was off. Then someone came up to me and told me I had just drank from their beer. From there I never drank beer. Not because I didn't like it but because I think I'm not ready for it.

"Really you don't drink? Well I guess this will be one of the times you will"

I don't realize that we've pulled up to my drive way until I look out the window.

I open up the car door but Adam stops me from getting off.

Soon he's on my side of the truck and helps me get off like always. I thank him.

We walk to my house. I look for the hidden spot and get the keys. I open the door and put the keys back.

Me and Adam walk in to find Aunt Sara not in the living room or kitchen. So we head upstairs to my room.

"Ok I guess we're alone" I say closing my room door. I walk to my bed and sit down.

"Good. Now drink up" Adam says handing me a beer and sits next to me.

"What no way!" I yell

"Yes way. Come on cupcake. Stop living a boring life and have fun with a drink of beer" he says with the beer still in his hand.

"Ugh fine" I say and get the beer out of his hand maybe to forcefully.

"Good girl"

I hit his arm. "Don't call me that"

"Try me"

Wow who does he think he is? I'm losing my temper. If he does something like that again I swear I'm going to completely lose it.

"Asshole" I mutter under my breath

"Did you say something?"

"Oh nothing" I say plastering a fake smile on my face.

I flip over the beer taking a look at it. I look at the cap. I need something to open this.

"Well I'm gonna go get an opener to open the cap" I say getting up.

"Ok" is all he says

I go down stairs to the kitchen. I open up one of the drawers looking for the cap opener. I find it and open up the cap. With that I leave the kitchen. But remember about Adams drink. I get the cap opener and take it upstairs to my room.

Adams looking at the wall until he notices me.

"Here" I hand him the cap opener.

"Thanks"

"No problem" I say sitting down next to him.

"Now drink up" he says taking a big drink from his beer.

I do the same as him and feel a burning taste go down my throat. Now that I think about it this isn't as bad as I thought it would be. I take another drink, feeling the burning sensation go down my throat not to bad anymore .

Adam and I finish our beers.

"Did you like it?" Adam asks me

I nod. "Yea I did. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be."

"Good. We'll be doing this again"

"Ok whatever you say." As if I was doing this again. Maybe I will.

Sorry I haven't updated in a long time. I've been really busy. But now that Summer is coming I'll be able to update more. Hopefully you liked this chapter. Sorry for my grammar mistakes in the last other few chapters. I try fixing them but sometimes miss some.
