A week has gone by.
Adam still remains in my house.
We've definitely talked. I've tried to not have things be too awkward between us.
I'm currently having breakfast. It's the start of the weekend.
Aunt Sara and my dad are at work. Me and Adam are the only ones home. As always.
"Hey, tonight there's a party. Wanna join?" Adam asks me
"A party? I don't think so. After last time, I don't think I'll go. I hate people making out in public" I say
"Ok. If you say so"
"Ha. What's that supposed to mean?" I question
"That you'll miss out"
I let out a laugh. "Miss out on fun? Yea right. It'll only be filled with boredom"
"Because you choose to not do anything. That's why your always bored"
"Yea. Whatever. I'm still not going"
"Ok"
It's almost time for the party and Adam is getting ready to leave.
"You sure you don't wanna come?" He asks me
"Yea. I'm sure"
"Alright. Well see ya" he says going out the door.
"Don't get too drunk!" I say once he slams the door shut.
Since he's gone I'll call over Ally.
"So basically me and you, are the only ones home, while Adam is out partying?" Ally says as we both sit in the living room couch.
"Yea"
"Then get going! I wanna go to the party!" She says getting up from the couch.
"No. Are you crazy? I'm not coming"
"Yes you are"
"No I'm not"
"Yes"
"No"
"Yes"
"No"
"Ok you win. But I'm leaving" Ally says about to open the door, until Aunt Sara comes in.
"Hey Ally! How are you?" Aunt Sara says with a happy look on her face.
"I'm doing good Sara. How about you?"
"I'm doing great. Long time no see"
"Yea. I've missed you" Ally says giving Aunt Sara a hug.
"I've missed you too"
Aunt Sara and Ally are friends. They get along pretty well since they're both outgoing people and wild.
"Are you about to leave? Why not stay? We can order food"
"Oh no. But thanks. I'm actually about to go out for a party. I wanted Riley to come, but seems like she doesn't want to go after I practically begged"
Aunt Sara gives me a look. "You are going. I'll tell your father you went to Ally's place"
"Noooo. But Aunt Sara!"
"You are going. You rarely go to parties and I want you to have fun"
Sometimes having an Aunt like Aunt Sara can get pretty annoying. Considering that she herself likes parties too and is really cool when it comes to teenager stuff, she wants you to go out and have fun.
