The Bad Boy and Me

It's Sunday and I wake up early in the morning at 8:00. Well I did sleep near 7:00 pm. I get up from bed to take a shower. Once I'm out I spend my time watching tv in my living room.

Aunt Sara and my Dad are out at work. So I have the house all to myself. As I'm watching a movie I hear a knock on the door. I get up to go answer it. I see Adam standing there smirking at me.

"Hey cupcake did you get my text?" He says

"What text?" I say checking my phone.

"Do you want to go bowling?" I read his text out loud. He sent that text about 20 minutes ago.

"Would you?" He says

Uh I don't know. Should I? Well I don't have anything else good to do today. Might as well spend it with Adam.

"Sure let me just get dressed" I say

"No need to cupcake. You already look great" he says

I roll my eyes at him. Wow how can he say that?

"Come inside if you'd like while I get ready" I say as he walks in and I close the door and then head up stairs to change.

I get dressed in a purple tank top with a black sweater over it. I also put on dark blue skinny jeans. I look at myself in the mirror with my hair down. Yea I look casual. Then I go downstairs.

"I'm ready" I say. "Huh it didn't take you long to change like I thought you would" he says sitting on the couch looking over at me. "Well of course not I'm not like most girls that take forever to get ready" I say. "Interesting" he says taking it into thought.

"Well let's head to your truck now" I say grabbing the remote control to turn off the tv and get my house keys and put them in my pocket of my jeans as I open the door to head outside.

"Woah looks like someone really wants to go bowling" he says playfully

Ugh how much of a jerk could he be?

We walk to his truck that's parked in my driveway. He opens my side of the door for me to get inside. As always I thank him. We then get to the bowling ally. He parks and gets off his side of the door to open mines. I thank him again and he locks his truck door. We both go inside.

He does everything to begin bowling and gets our shoes then we head to our bowling area to play one game. He hands me my shoes. I put them on and see that they are my size. I'm shocked at how he knew my size without asking me.

"Adam how did you know my shoes size was 6?" I say to him

"Well I just guessed and now see that I was right. Like always" he says

I roll my eyes at what he said

"You know, you sure roll your eyes a lot cupcake" he says

Im about to roll my eyes again but stop myself. He starts to laugh knowing I was going to roll them again.

"Wow cupcake" he says while still laughing at me. "Stop please" I say trying to hide my embarrassment. "Ok ok I will" he says.

After that we start the game. I hit all pins on the first try.

"Woah. I didn't know you had skills" Adam says

"Well when I was about 10 my dad would take me out bowling and I got practice from that" I say

"Nice. Well now it's my turn" he says
