If Only (diggy simmons & mindless behavior RATED R)

This is it, changes.

I must have fell asleep straight after school because I woke up in the same position at about 6am, the sun was just seeking through the window shining on a figure which was standing in the corner of my room... It was my brother. Ergh he just made me feel disgusting the way he looked at me. "GET OUT!!" I screamed, he immediately jumped running back out. That's when I thought to myself, 'why must I live this way? Just because people have chosen my life so far doesn't mean they can continue to, I am my own person.

I get up and run to the bathroom, that was in my room after locking my bedroom door, I know its early but this gives me time to make myself look just as good as I did yesterday, I got in the shower cleansing my body, I took quite a long time just relaxing and thinking. I got out after about 30 minutes, dried and moisturised my skin, then brushed my teeth. I wrapped a towel around my hair as it was wet, then exited. My next step was to apply some makeup, just a little bit but enough to feel different in myself, I put on a bit of mascara and eyeliner to bring my eyes out more, the time was 6:55am, I looked in my wardrobe and saw nothing but plain boring clothes so I snuck into Kate's room, she was sound asleep and luckily her wardrobe was just by the door, I opened it up gazing over her beautiful clothes, I picked out a 'Man Up.' tee with blue shorts with studs and the bottom and topped it off with my own Jordan retro 5's in black and blue. I was thanking the lord I never got caught in Kate's room, the only thing was not getting caught leaving the house by Kate herself or that physco brother. Dad was away so it was a bit easier. I let my curls free but using clips to keep them out of my face. It was now 7:50 and as I always arrived early for school I left out the door, grabbing my backpack and blackberry phone, I took my usual route but slower as I caught eye of Jacob's car.

Jacob: "Aye Flora.... Damn girl.... No don't walk away, you look different and I like it!"

Me: "Well I don't like you Jake, I'm meeting Daniel just leave me alone."

Surprisingly he left me alone, I couldn't help but feel regret that he had tried to talk to me but I turned him away but then again he always turned me away when I was confided in myself so its whatever. I met Daniel at the gate and he smiled immediately at me greeting me with a warm hug.

Daniel: "You look really nice Flo."

Me: "Thanks.. So do you."

Daniel was wearing a black leather jacket with matching bottoms, a black muscle top, concord 11's, a couple gold chains and a snapback saying 'NY' on it, it was different for him but he always did have a bit of swag about him. Just then Kate came through the gates holding Jacob's hand, she came over to me.

Kate: "Flo, just ask before you borrow my stuff okay? Its fine." She whispered. I smiled as she laughed and walked back to Jake.

Daniel was still looking at me, "What was all that about?"

Me: "She just told me to ask before I borrowed her stuff nothing really."

Daniel: "You wont have to anymore, I'll take you shopping and buy you some stuff okay?"

Me: "Thank you Daniel."

He nodded and took my hand walking us into lesson, we got a couple looks but mainly dirty looks, people cutting their eyes and not acknowledging us like usual, but we liked it that way... That was until Jake decided to appear.

Jake: "Aye Flo, lemme talk to ya real quick yeah?"

I walked over to him as Daniel walked into class.

Jake: "I was wondering do you want to do something after school?"

Me: "Nope I have plans sorry."

This was a lie, but I was definitely playing hard to get... Jacob Perez was the man of my dreams but he also was my sisters man, but I didn't care that much I wanted him also but not just yet. I walked away quietly and got into class sitting next to Daniel, he was the only one sitting alone I don't know why people treat him like this he's a very good looking boy, maybe it was because he always got A's but so did I that was what made us so similar. We had our lessons together throughout the day, we was in the same classes because we had the same abilities. The end of the school day came and Daniel's dad came to pick us up and take us to the mall, he didn't speak much I think he was focused on driving or whatever, Jacob had text me a couple times but I completely ignored them, he was relevant but also irrelevant at this point in time.

Daniel: "Thanks dad, I'll see you at home."

Daniels Dad: "I wont be home." He said as he sped off.

Daniel: "Ahh don't worry about him, he's always too busy, so lets go shopping... You go that way, I go this way and we meet up here in exactly 1 hour!"

Before I could say anything he ran off into a shop, I went into a different one he was so nice to me but I think he just wanted time by himself since his dad done that, it must of angered him, I hope he doesn't have anger issues... Then I would be in a awkward situation... But anyway lets shop!
