"I've experienced very severe side effects from treatment. If you can name it, I probably had it" Des said
"I can't believe this is happening to you" Bridgit said
"I hope I get better soon" Des said
"Same" Bridgit said
"Don't worry Des, and I love you" Bridgit said
"I won't" Des said
"Just remember that you are a strongman girl, you are beautiful inside and out. You can beat this" Bridgit said
"I don't want you to worry about anything, I know you believe in me" Des said
"Des, I know you can beat this" Bridgit said
"Same here Bridgit" Des said
"I can't wait for you not to have cancer" Bridgit said
"Same. I loved my life before this. It's not fun" Des said
"Yeah I know how you feel" Bridgit said
"Thanks" Des said
"You're welcome" Bridgit said
"I don't feel as tired as I was in the beginning" Des said
"That's good" Bridgit said
"Yeah, but I think I can beat this" Des said
"Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you're doing the impossible" Bridgit said
"Thank you Bridgit" Des said
"Put your heart, mind and soul into even the smallest acts. This is the secret to success" Bridgit said
"You know what?" Des said
"What" Bridgit said
"It doesn't matter if I have cancer or not. It doesn't matter what I am and how others look at me. There's only one real me, but a million other Destinee's in the world, but there's not like me. I know I have cancer, but trust me, nothing puts me in a bad situation where I can't do anything, with or without cancer. Bridgit, I don't think you would want to go through this, I know you want me to live, and so does Shane. I want to live, I want to learn from this. Nothing will ever be perfect, this is what cancer taught me, now it'll teach you and Shane. I don't want you to worry okay? I love you so much and I'm gonna fight for you" Des said
"Amen, amen to that sister" Bridgit said
