Elizabeth's POV
Myself, my twin brother Luke and my younger brother James battled our way through kings cross all the way to platform 9 3/4. Our father couldn't come with us due to some ministry emergency or something. I wasn't paying too much attention, I was more excited about seeing my friends who I hadn't really seen this summer and seeing my little brother get sorted into a house.
"Am I alright to head off and find my friends El?"
"Yeah go ahead Luke! I'll find this one some other first years to sit with and hopefully he will make some friends before the ceremony!"
I responded to Luke beaming down at James. Luke darted off leaving me and James to find ourselves a compartment.
Within seconds I had found my two best friends in a compartment along with the Weasley twins and Lee Jordan (who I wasn't as close with)
"Oh my god El it's so good to see you!" Georgia squeeled embracing me into the biggest hug I think I've ever received. I then felt another arm wrap around both me and Georgia.
"I can't believe how little we all saw each other this summer! I've missed you too much El!"
My eyes started tingling when Anthony said that. I had missed him an enormous amount (slightly more than Georgia but don't tell her that) and I couldn't believe I hadn't seen him much, it was completely heartbreaking.
"Enough with the soppey group hug, we'd like to great El at some point to be honest"
I heard two voices bellow at the same time
"GRED, FORGE!"
I ruffled their hair and pulled the pair of them into a big hug, gaining laughs from Georgia and Anth as the twins weren't too happy that I'd messed up their hair.
"Look how sweet your brother looks El!"
Georgia exclaimed.
"I know, he's adorable!"
I said whilst poking his chubby cheek. "I'm going to go find a compartment for him to sit in with other first years, save my seat for me will ya?"
They all nodded and I spun on my heel and guided James down the busy train until I reached a compartment which had 4 young students in and it was evident that they were first years. I slid the door open after knocking and a girl popped her head up from a book.
"Oh hello! I'm hermoine Granger, I'm a first year!"
She smiled up at me which I returned.
"Erm yeah hi Hermoine! I'm Elizabeth but you can call me El, this is my brother James who's also a first year and I wondered if he could join you and your friends?"
I smiled at her again hoping she would say yes, I had serious girl issues to speak with georgia about and I couldn't stand the thought of James having to listen in.
"Thats completely fine! Oh and this is Dean, Seamus and Neville" she stated pointing to each boy in turn and they waved at me. James smiled up at me and strolled into the compartment and sat besides Hermoine, I smiled down at him and wished him a safe journey and returned to my compartment.
