George's POV
I woke up with a banging headache, I turned to my side to see Fred tucked up in bed still asleep, thank god it was a Saturday because we didn't have lessons today.
All I could think about was last night and how I wanted to spend more time with El but I bottled it because of my feelings for her. I can't deal with it anymore so I'm just going to have to suck it up right now and try move on. It's the best I can do.
I got showered and dressed and I wandered down to the common room only to see El there on her own, reading an astronomy book and looking very confused.
"Erm el, you okay mate?"
She looked up from her book and turned to me looking even more confused. She looked completely shattered and she had no make up on, her hair was up in really cute space buns. She still looked bloody beautiful.
"Mate? Since when did you become alpha Georgie?" We both began to laugh and I went over to her.
"Breakfast?"
"Yes please oh my, I've been waiting for someone else to come down with"
Myself and El wandered down to the great hall, where we bumped into Cedric. He came and sat with us and to be fair to the two of them they weren't really showing many public displays of affection which really helped me out. I grinned as El grabbed a few muffins and began to eat her bacon as she did everyday. It was the little things that I loved about her.
El's POV
For georges sake I decided to keep the pda's at a low just because I didn't want to upset him or make things awkward. I picked up my bacon and muffins like I normally do everyday and I saw George grinning at me.
"Bacon and muffins princess?"
"Theyre my faves, have you never seen me eat breakfast before?" I giggled.
"It's true Cedric, she has them almost everyday"
I smiled when George said that but I'm certain I heard Cedric whisper 'no one asked for your opinion' and I'm sure George did too. I sighed and wrapped up my muffins and finished my bacon.
"I'm going to finish these outside whilst I do some astronomy work"
They both nodded at me and Cedric gave me a gentle kiss. I sighed and quickly walked out of the hall confused about everything, I swear my head is a mess ugh.
