Chapter 4

Elizabeth's POV

I woke up the next morning to the sound of Georgia's hairdryer (it was only us two in our dorm so mornings were extreamly peaceful). I rolled out of bed and went into the bathroom and did the usual. I kept my hair up whilst I did my make up which was pretty basic except I did my eyeliner with a big dramatic flick (like the one in the image above) as I had a lot of time to kill. I let my curls down and got into my uniform and then myself and Georgia pottered down for breakfast.

James POV

My sister came into the great hall and I ran up to her straight away.

"El..." I slightly panted
"You okay James? What is it?"
"George is telling everyone you kissed him or something. I er thought I should tell you before you heard it from a painting or something."

I saw Georgia smack her hands over her mouth as El whispered
"it was only on the cheek"
Her fists were clenched and before myself or Georgia could stop her she stormed down the hall to where George, Fred, Lee and some other boys in her year were sat.

George's POV

"Ayup loverboy" Lee jeared as he winked at me and pointed in the direction of the door. I watched El stroll in, her hair bouncing with every step she took. I saw that James had run up to her like a bolt of lightning. I knew exactly why as he had probably heard me overexagerate the kiss we shared last night which I really shouldn't have done.

'SLAP'

I zoned out of my thoughts fast and felt a burning sensation on my cheek, I raised my hand up to it and stared into El's eyes unknowing what to say or do.

"George weasley! How dare you lie about that kiss, it wasn't even on the lips it was just on the cheek and it was just out of gratification, there was no need to make me out to sound easy or embarrass me infront of everyone. I'm bloody furious, I can't believe you've done this."

I was still giving her heavy eye contact but her eyes darted all over the place. By the end of her rant her voice had gone shaky and her eyes and welled up. She spun on her heel and ran out of the great hall leaving us all shocked. Anth and Georgia ran after her after giving me a massive dirty and then giving Lee one has he had started laughing about the whole situation. I sighed and left the hall and made my way to my first lesson, potions.
