Chapter 15

El's pov

It was May 5th which meant tomorrow was my birthday. Not much had happened since January, myself and Cedric were still going strong and we were very happy. I had become closer friends with George and Fred and it was like we had become a proper squad, obviously Georgia and Anth were my 100% besties but the twins had joined our group and they were slowly becoming closer to me. Cedric had a bit of an issue with all my friends except Georgia being boys but we got over that. I was excelling in all of my classes, especially Magical creatures and I had realised that, that was what I want to go into once I graduated. Right now, myself Anth and Georgia are planning what to do tomorrow, my birthday this year falls on a Friday which means although I have lessons, we can have a massive drinking sesh in the evening as we don't have classes on Saturday. 

Tomorrow the lessons I have are: Charms, Transfiguration, Muggle studies and double Potions. Gutted that I have potions but the rest of the day should be really lovely. Anths parents have sent us some drinks via the owl and they packaged them to make it look less like alcohol which was bloody great! I had invited Luke to come chill with us tomorrow night (seeing as its his birthday too) but he was doing stuff with all his mates which was completely fine! 

"right, we have alcohol, we have a lot of munch and we haven't told anyone else right?"
"Anth, I've not even told Cedric so who else am I going to tell?"

"thats very true! we inviting the twins or na?"
"erm, we could do but I think we should tell them its byom"
"byom?"

"bring your own munch, God Anth keep up"
we all started laughing and it was safe to say I was ecstatic for my birthday.

-the next day-

ITS MY BIRTHDAY ITS MY BIRTHDAY!
I jumped out of bed and got myself dressed. I did my make up perfectly and I straightened my hair. I threw my robes on and my birthday badge and I skipped down to the great hall. We had decided to do presents and stuff this evening and we had decided to tell Cedric and the twins about the small gathering thing and Cedric was going to stay over in the common room. 

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY PRINCESS" Cedric picked me up and spun me around and planted a big kiss on my lips, I giggled at him and when he put me down I thanked him and skipped over to Luke.

"Happy birthday Lukey! Heres your present"
"thank you sis, I've got yours here"

I opened my present from him first and I smiled big, he had got me twins charm for my charm bracelet, I hugged him and thanked him and he opened his. I had made him a photo album of loads and loads of photos of me and him and other family stuff, he grinned and gave me a big kiss. 

"this is lovely, thank you so much! El I think George is wanting you to go sit next to him" he winked at me. 
"ay why you winking for?"

"please don't tell me you don't know he has a thing for you"
"I don't know what you're talking about, I'm going to ignore that comment and go sit with him. I don't want things awkward between me and him"

"okay okay, I wont mention it again"
"good...HAVE A GOOD BIRTHDAY SMELLY"
"YOU TOO DICK'ED"

We laughed and I made my way over to the Griffindor table and sat in between my fave ginger twins. They both hugged me and wished me a good day but all I could think about was what Luke had said.
