Dette's pov
Well this is it. First day of senior year. Fun right? Yeah? No. Well you see, our life in school is not really what you call perfect, more like hell with those jerks in the hallway, with those snobby little posh walking around campus like they rule it, freaking fantastic start of a year.
Well here i am waiting for Liah and Van, you might wonder if they're my only friends, well the answer to that is No they're not the only ones i have
Well for starters we're 6.
There's Taliah Zenda Collins, Nervana Young, Andie Atkins, Ashley Victoria Bennett, Jayley Dickson. These people is what i call my friends.
'Where are they' i thought to myself as i look side to side from where i was leaning in to the side of the campus gate.
"Dette!!!!!" Oh thats my answer. Liah of course, expect her to scream halfway cross the street waving her notebook around like a retard.
"Liah seriously?? Why are you so hyped? Thought you hate school or hell whatever this big of a building is called as much as i do?" I asked smirking at her, well can you blame me for hating school?
"Why? Am i not allowed to miss my friend? Good gracious! If i woulve known you'd act this way then i should've just leave and never come back" she said clutching her chest, feigning hurt as i stared at her. Oh shes so dramatic but i love her anyway.
"Always so dramatic Li, i know you, you can't stay away from my beauty pfhsshhh as if" i said flipping my hair directly onto her face.
"Yeah yeah whatever your ass declares, wheres Van?? Shes never the one to be late, usually shes gonna be the one waiting here not you" she said looking at her back to check up on our friend who is yeah kind of suspiciously late.
"guyss!!" Oh speaking of the devil. Nervana comes in running with her backpack around one shoulder.
" God you look horrible Van what were you doing yesterday?" Liah asked worriedly. I wanted to smack her in the face cuz who the hell says that to a friend that comes in running excitedly.
" well its nice to know thats how you greet your friend" Van says frowning at her. Oh those two
"Anyway guys, lets not fight cmon its the first day of senior year, lets meet up with those 3" i said pulling them inside those spikey creepy gates, who the fck decides someone could just design a spikey gates to put on an educational center? Tell me who?? Who?? Hahah.
i scanned around the crowds searching for those 3. They're always together anyway so its not hard to find them. Hmmm where could they be?? Ha! I know! Of course. How could i be so stupid?. We walked to the bathroom, the two following my lead still confused of my sudden chnge of direction.
We walked inside and just as i suspected those 3 standing in front of the mirror, fixing their hairs, oh those 3
"Well well well what do we have here?" I said loudly making them jumped and cursed. Ashley was the first to run up to me and gave me a bone crushing hug. While the other 4 also hugged
" its been so long OMG i missed you!!! Hows your summer?" Ash giggled. Shes always been the one you expect to be a bitchy kind of a person from one look but in reality shes really really really a great friend anyone could ask for and im thankful for that, well im thankful for my friends really.
"Its great Ash, a little bit tanning here and there and of course visiting families across the country and trying different foods, had a great time really" i said genuinely smiling at her. She smiled back and i started talking to Jayley and Andie too, asking how their summer went.
Just as i was supposed to ask them to come over later after school, the bell rang signaling for our first period.

Mine: History, Biology, Math, lunch, arts, Drama, English and Chemistry
Van: Drama, Chemistry, Math, lunch, English, Biology, Arts and History.
Liah: History, Chemistry, Drama, lunch,Math, Arts, English and biology.
Jayley: English, Drama, Chemistry, Lunch, Math,Biology, History and Arts.
Andie: English, Arts, History, Lunch, Biology, Math, Drama and Chemistry.
Ashley: Arts, English, History, Lunch, Drama, Chemistry, Biology and Math.
