Hey guys! First of all, thank you so much for choosing this story. Don't forget to let me know about your thoughts. Just comment below, and if you like it, just click VOTE and i'd appreciate it so much. Please don't mind the typos and grammatical errors. If you're kind enough to consider, i'd be glad. I didn't base my story on others' works. This just popped in to my head and so I decided I should make a story out of this idea. And here it is. So, uh, i'm a Filipino. I grew up in a more different atmosphere than other people who're already fluent in English. We all have our differences. Heheheh! Again, thank you! And don't worry. My story is so easy to understand. I'm not using any idiomatic phrases or sentences (that's probably because i'm not good at it). That's my way of letting you enjoy every conversation.

PLEASE READ THE 'NOTE' BELOW BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE STORY:
NOTE:
Double quotation mark (" ") is used here in every dialogue to represent a character talking. After a certain dialogue is another character talking (you might get confused). In other words, my story is SCRIPT-LIKE. This was supposed to be a DRAMA and ROMANCE type of story, but i found out that you can only choose one genre so i chose Romance instead. I hope you guys like it.

Adas's POV
(In a Hospital)
"Look how beautiful our baby is."
I hear a voice- a voice so soothing, it touches my heart with gentle embrace. I feel so safe just by hearing every word she says.
"Yes, she is. She looks just like you. But she looks like me, I mean, uh, (clears throat) ehem! Okay! She looks like both of us. She's got your lips, nose, not to mention those rosy cheeks, she's got all from you Honey! But what about from me? What is it that she got from her father?"
Huh? Strange. I hear another. It's like a voice carrying a thousand men as they march towards the field fit for only the strongest. . . though it sounds like they're retreating.
"Well, i think she possesses your bravery and strength Dear."
"Uh, yes! Yes, you're right. But you know what Paula?"
"Hmm?"
"I've never been this happy in my entire life. Seeing our child to this world is the dream I've been yearning for since the time we spent our life together."
"Yes. And now that Adas is here, I shall give nothing to anyone who gets in our way even if it risks my life to save both of you. That, I promise."
Is Adas. . . my name?
"Yes. Yes, of course. I also vow to protect this gift."
I'll remember. I'll remember those voice i'm hearing swore to protect the people they love. My heart, my mind and my soul, too, vow to protect the people i love. You will have my word Mother, Father.
..
.
But what is this i'm feeling?
