Paula's POVIt's been 13 years since the day we met our child, Adas, and the incident we would never forget. The incident that made us realize that in this world, nothing will stay the same, for everything has it's own limitation, and in this world, given the life to spend, a miracle is not a legend, but a chance one can acquire through a reason of great desire and if it's given to you, there's a reason why. But. . . I wonder why.
"Mom! Dad! Aren't you guys gonna give me a kiss? I don't want to be late for school! Not anymore! You know my teacher already warned me about it! And if i'm late-"
"We know sweetie. Here. *kiss* Did you bring your lunch with you?"
"Yup! I'm good to go! Daddy! Where's my kiss?"
"I'm coming!"
"Dear! You're gonna be late for work! What are you still doing?"
"Coming Honey!"
(Sighs) Like father, like daughter.
"Daddy! Hurry up! I'm late!"
"Okay, okay! I'm here. So? What did i miss?"
"You'll miss a lot if you're gonna be late for work."
"Daddy, my kiss! Give me my kiss!"
"Oh sorry baby. *kiss*"
"I'm going now! Bye!"
"Okay, be careful sweetie."
(Adas left)
"(Gordon with his sultry tone) Well, it's just you and me Honey."
"Don't even think about it Dear. Look what time it is! You're already late!"
"Oh crap! I should also get going Honey. To be continued, okay? *kiss* Bye!"
(Sighs) Those two. (Chuckles) Some things like these will never change. *cough* *cough* There goes my cough again.

Adas's POV
School again! The best place for people who are smart and the worst for the people who aren't. Imagine you're inside a room full of sleeping snails and guess what the teacher is? A sloth! Well it's not like i hate it, i mean, okay! I hate it! Everybody here thinks like they own the school when the fact is that it's nothing but a–
"GRAAAAAAAH!"
"Adas! Are you alright? What's happening to you?"
"Uhh, nothing! I was just thinking about, uh. . . nothing, never mind."
Ciara, my friend, you won't understand me if i say it to you. I may not be smart in school, but i'm smart in my own way. . . i think.
"Hey Adas? Aren't we late?"
"I don't know. Are we? I mean, we are! C'mon, let's hurry!"
(Inside the classroom)
"Both of you! What did i tell about being late in my class?"
"(Whispers to Ciara) Ciara, i'll handle this. I have a perfect excuse."
"(Whispers to Adas) No. It'll never work."
"(Whispers to Ciara) Trust me. We don't have a choice. Uh, sir! I can explain! We were just walking in the sidewalk and suddenly-"
"And suddenly what!? Dragons infiltrated the country and killed everyone but here in school? A meteor crashed to the earth? Aliens invaded the world? Did you really think i'd believe those lame excuses of yours? Huh? Well let me tell you both something believable. Hmmmm. Let me think. . . . Oh! I know. What if a teacher tells his tardy students to never be in his class for the rest of the year? How does that sound? Great, right?"
