A random poem on environment. Hope you all like it. God bless :)

Man wishes to live a shady life
Putting his land in a mortal strife
He wishes to get good air
Killing the trees, is it fair?
He builds machines to grind everything to a slurry.
Destroying the earth in such a hurry
Where has mercy gone?
The terrain is cut and torn
He promotes saying "Go Green"
But to save that word, no one is keen
The golden days have gone where
Children swung under the branches, breathing fresh air
The days have gone when each home
Housed many plants atop, like a green foam
The inevitable is on the brink
When we'll soon have no water to drink
When we'll soon breathe polluted air
Realizing what we did to earth was unfair.
Repenting will do no good
The damage is done, come on dude!
We are polluting soil, water and air
In spite of knowing, to Gaea we're being unfair!
