Next morning-
9:45 am
Sky's POV~
I opened my eyes and the first thing I saw was Luke beside me hugging me, I found myself hugging him too. Wait, where is this place? I don't recall that I came here last night.
I just remembered all of us went into the limo. That's all. Wait, is this their hotel? I think it is . I moved carefully and slowly, not wanting to wake him up. But, too late I woke him. He slowly opened his eyes and said,
'Hey.' He said it softly.
'Hey.....sorry I woke you.'
'It's okay, I had to wake up sooner or later anyways.'
Luke's P.O.V
I felt someone moving my arms and I opened my eyes and saw Sky.
'So you wanna get breakfast now or what ?' I asked her.
'Now's a good time, but gotta shower first.' She answered.
'Kay, do you need anything ?'
'Yeah, a towel and clothes.'
'Okay.' I got out of the bed and took it for her.
'Thanks.'
10:15 am
'Hey Luke?' She shouted from the bathroom while I was starring at my phone.
'Yeah?'
'Do you have a hairdryer outside?'
'Yeah there's one here, do you want me to pass it to you?'
'Yes please. '
'Okay, hold on.'
'Sure, no prob.'
Sky's POV
I reached out for the hairdryer Luke gave me and blowed dry my hair.
15 mins later
Luke's P.O.V
Sky came out wearing my hoodie and her shorts with my flannel shirt around her waist. The hoodie was a little oversize, but it's cute. I already changed and styled my hair before she came out of the shower.
'Do you want a beanie or a snapback?' I asked her.
'Uhmm...I'll go with a snapback.'
'Sunglasses? '
'Absolutely. ' I was wearing shorts, tank top, and sunglasses.
'Let's go!' While we're in the elevator, I sent the band a message in our group chat, saying that we won't be coming back so soon and that they will spend their day by themselves.
'So, what are we having for breakfast?' I asked.
'What do you want for breakfast?'
'Pancakes.'
'Okay, I'll bring you to one of my favorite spots.'
'Fine with me.'
We walked for a while and until we reached a cafe.
'The Cabin?' I asked.
'Yup, it's a very unique cafe.' We sat outside the cafe.
'Here are your menus. ' The waitress said. We took off our sunglasses and looked through the menu.
'I'm having pancakes with maple syrup and hot chocolate. ' I told her.
'I'm having the usual, Vi.'
'Okay, the usual and maple syrup pancakes with hot chocolate. Is that all? '
'Yeah if we want some more we'll tell you.' Sky said.
'What's the usual? ' I asked her.
'You'll see.' She said. 'So...'
'Yeah?'
'Explanation.'
'Oh...right. I didn't go to the airport cuz I didn't kniw you were gonna go that day.' I said.
'What? I told you didn't I?'
'Yeah but when you sent me the text I was having band practice then after that I was too tired to do anything and the next day we had to test everything for the concert the whole day and had the concert.so, when I went to the airport, it's too late.' I explained.
'Sky's POV
'Too late? What about text messages or phone calls? 'I asked.
'I didn't call or text cuz I...'
'The usual and pancakes with hot chocolate. ' Violet interrupted.
'Wait...are you Luke Hemmings? '
'Yeah, can I help you with anything? '
'Can I get an autograph? '
'Sure.' He said as she handed him a piece of paper. After he signed it, she walked away.
'Yeah what?'
'What?' He asked.
'The explanation.'
'Oh.....right.' He said while poking his pancakes.'remember we had that fight.'
'Yeah...what about it?' I asked while taking a bite of my sandwich.
'Well...I thought that you were still mad at me and didn't want to see me. So I didn't go to the airport.'
'Well I was mad....but I was sad that you didn't come.'
'I'm really sorry Skylar Jades Ashley. I will do anything to make it up to you.' He calls my full name when he's really sorry or mad....so I guess he's bummed about it.
'Well... Luke Robert Hemmings. I accept your apology and I heard that you'd do anything to make it up.'
'Yeah I did.'
'So....how about the mall later?'
'Sure, I'll give you my credit card later.' He said and smiled.'just don't use it til the debtors knock on my door or the police run after me.'
'Real funny Hemmings.'
