After breakfast~
Luke and I fought about who's going to pay the bill....we did until the cashier got frustrated and told us that there's a line behind us. I reached for my wallet but he beat me to it. He told me if I want to repay him I'll just have to give him a tour of my favourite places in London. So here we are sitting in a cab on our way to Big Ben.
At Big Ben~
'Tada, one of my favorite places. Welcome to the Big Ben Mon Siur.'
'It's actually bigger than I expected. I never expected you to like historic places since you don't like history.' I hit him playfully in the arm.
'Just cuz I don't like history doesn't mean I don't like the places. Don't simply assume things Hemmings.'
'Ouch!' Wow, drama queen right here.There was a bench nearby so we went and sat there.
'Luke?'
'Hmm?' He looked at me and bit his lip.
'Can I tell you something?'
'Yeah sure.'
'But can you do the thing you always do every time I'm cold?' He nodded and pulled me closer to him with his arms around me.
'I wanna tell you something too.' He said softly.
'You can go first.' I said. I felt him taking a deep breath and let it out.
'Okay,' he lets go of me and stared straight into my eyes.'so....ummm......this is gonna be out of the blue, but I don't think we can be friends anymore cuz I wanna be more than just friends. I like you Sky, I really do. I wanna be able to hold your hand, kiss you, cuddle and watch Netflix abd chill,go on dates. I just wanna be able to call you my girlfriend.' I stared at his baby blue eyes and every feature of his face.
'I know it may sound out of the blue too, but I was also gonna say I like you too.' I smiled. He smiled back and tucked my hair behind my ear while leaning in. He cupped my face and kissed me. There were sparks everywhere lighting up like the Fourth of July. I put my hands around his neck as he puts one of his hands around my waist. My stomach is doing a front flip right now. We both pulled away a while later gasping for air. We leaned our heads against each other with our noses touching and we were smiling like a five year old kid just got a full bag of candy. Well.. it was like that till the sky decided to rain. We ran to an empty cab with a few drops of rain on our clothes and faces. We told the driver to drive us to the mall.
'Here.' I handed Luke a piece of tissue.
'Thanks.'
At the mall~
Luke's P.O.V~
We reached a mall called 'Palm Springs'. We went in and walked around a little, we saw Starbucks and went in.
'What do you want to order?' She asked me.
'A green tea ice.' After we ordered we went to the section where they sell the bottles.
'This is so cute!' She took one and held it up. Then she looked at the price tag and became sad.
'What's wrong?' I asked.
'The price is not cute.'
'Skylar and Luke!' The barista called our names. She ordered a chocolate chip dip with whip cream. We walked around the mall and went in a few shops.
'Wanna watch a movie?' She asked.
'Sure...what?'
'What about Divergent? I haven't watch it yet.'
'Sure.'
After movies- at Nandos
'We'll have a plate of fish and chips and chicken chop.' I told the waiter.
'Any drinks?'
'Uh....a coke and a pepsi.' Skylar told him. He said okay and walked away.
'You know the waiter is quite handsome.' She said.
'He's more handsome than me?'
'Kinda.'
'I'm hurt.' I put my hand over my heart and pouted.
'Will this make you better?' She stood up and gave me a kiss.
'Much better.' I smiled.
