Oho-ho, to be completely honest, I wasn't going to continue. I was at the dorms, and only today that I managed to get a decent internet connection to go on Wattpad did I see all the wonderful comments and votes! Also, I realized that I didn't change the story's status to complete... Anyway, I decided I might as well continue. Please enjoy!

It's been about a months since Shizuo and Izaya started dating. Opposed to everyone's beliefs, they were actually very compatible, if you can ignore the occasional arguments that resulted in major property damage and fines that would make a lesser man feint.
They were happy. Satisfied. At peace. And things were really working out for them. The whole of Ikebukuro was happy for them too- if only because there were less flying vending machines and gang fights breaking out. Yes, Ikebukuro was at peace...
For now, at least.

"SHINRA, WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME?!"
Shinra laughed nervously and backed away from the fuming form of Shizuo before he could be thrown out of his window into the streets for all to see. "Now, now, no need to destroy my couch, Shizuo-kun. Remember, Celty loves it! And it was an honest mistake."
"HONEST MISTAKE MY ARSE!" Shizuo was stiff furious, but at least he wasn't gripping the couch like it was Shinra's neck. "You better have a cure for this."
Shinra was nervous before, but he was shaking now. "About that," he stuttered out. "Well... Um, the only way to turn back is if the one you love the most tells you they love you..." Shizuo's face was blank for a moment before he grabbed his phone and dialed a familiar number.
"Kasuka? Sorry I'm calling while your busy- oh, you're on a break? Great." Shizuo took a deep breathe to prepare himself before speaking. "Listen, can you do me a favor? Can you tell me you love me?" Shinra was sending him a confused expression from the start of the conversation, but at this, he face-palmed. "I know, it's weird, but I really need you to say it... ... Thanks, call you later. Bye Kasuka, and good luck with your movie!"
Shizuo ignored Shinra's dry look as he excitedly felt his head. His expression dropped when he felt the silky smooth fur of his new dog ears. "But why didn't it work?!"
Shinra debated on whether to cry or smack Shizuo's head for his thickness. "You need Izaya to tell you he loves you. It should be easy, right? I mean, you've told each other..." The red and mortified expression thrown his way told Shinra all he needed to know. "You haven't say I love you to each other yet?!"
Shizuo looked down at the carpet shyly. "Well, it's not like I found the right time too tell him, and you know how he is. He'll probably just laugh in my face or something, damn flea." He was growling in annoyance by the end of his sentence. It's not as if he didn't love Izaya, but he wanted to hear Izaya say it first. He didn't want to be laughed at, after all.
Shinra just shook his head. "You've got it all wrong, Shizuo-kun. Trust me."
Shizuo was still a bit skeptical about it, so Shinra decided to elaborate. "Well, if you asked Izaya to tell you he loves you..."
