Heh, this is the second to the last chapter, hopefully. That way you won't have to wait too long for the last chapter. Also, the picture up there... Creepy or cute? The doll kind of freaks me out...

The moment they stepped out of the apartment and into the streets, an army of cats began following them. It would've been cute if it wasn't for the feral looks in their eyes. Also, it was kind of creepy how they just hid in the corners or in the shadows.
Any thought of cuteness was thrown out the window, however, when they began chasing the duo.
"Why the hack are they so attracted to you, Flea?!" If Izaya knew, he would've done something to stop them. But he didn't know, so he answered Shizuo with a glare as he was dragged to Shinra's apartment. They would've taken a taxi, but the cats were on par with their speed and Shizuo wasn't fond of the idea of punching a cat...
Izaya sighed in relief when they finally reached the underground doctor's apartment, slamming the door behind him quickly. Almost immediately, there were bangs on the door, the cats trying to get in to reach Izaya.
He didn't understand it. Sure, he noticed that the felines were more attracted to him after he became a Neko, but they even crazier today and he didn't know why. He didn't like not knowing things.
Stomping into the living room, Shizuo following behind him, he was met with the sight of Shinra calmly drinking his tea as if there was nothing wrong in the world. Well of course. He didn't have the whole feline population in Ikebukuro after him!
"Shinra, please tell me you have the antidote ready or I swear to... I'll scratch your eyes out!" Shinra just gave him an amused smile. "Don't be that way, Izaya-kun! After all, I did finish it just this morning." That was the best news Izaya has heard all day.
"Where is it?" Shinra reached into his pocket and took out a vile with a purple-ish liquid inside it. "This will turn you back into a human, for sure," he said. Izaya tensed when he heard the slight hesitation near the end of the sentence. "Shinra, what's wrong?"
Laughing nervously, Shinra said, "Well, it will turn you into a human, but... You'll go into heat first. And you can't turn back unless you..."
To both of the brunette's surprise, it was Shizuo who reacted. "WHAT?! YOU MEAN THE FLEA HAS TO DO THE DO WITH SOMEONE TO TURN BACK?!" Shinra backed away slightly, trying not to make any sudden movements and cause Shizuo to snap and destroy his apartment.
Izaya on the other hand just sighed. "Well, if I really have to... Can't gain anything without sacrifice, right?"
"Hah?! What do you mean Flea?" Shizuo said in annoyance. He was angry at the fact that Izaya was so nonchalant at the fact he had to... do that in order to turn back into a human.
"It means my first time is going to be taken from me, Shizu-chan," Izaya said, also annoyed that he had to reveal that he was, in fact, a virgin. Not that it really mattered. They were all virgins here. Shinra was saving himself for Celty and Shizuo was afraid of hurting someone he cared about or grew to care about. Still, even if he didn't show it, he was afraid of doing such an intimate activity with someone...
Shizuo wouldn't admit it, but he felt relieved that Izaya was still a virgin. Didn't mean he was okay with the fact that Izaya was going to lose it to someone other than him. "I mean, he's my enemy so it's only natural that he'd lose it to me, right?" He ignored how his excuses didn't make sense anymore and instead was filled with determination.
"If you're doing anything with anyone, then it's with me you damn Flea."

Gah, Shizuo, why so possessive?! Izaya won't love anyone but you so there's no need to worry! ... In this story, anyway...
