One Fateful Phone Call - One Direction

Chapter 14

LUKE'S POV (New POV woo!)

I walked into Victoria's dressing room ten minutes after she got offstage and she was sleeping. Seriously Victoria, you decide to sleep now? Oh well, I guess I'll have to wake her up.

I just kept staring at her though. I have to wake her up because we need to go out to dinner. I wonder if I could, nah better not. I placed myself on my knees next to her sleeping body and tried to shake her awake.

"Victoria, come on wake up." She stirred and said,

"Stop mum I'm dreaming about Luke." I laughed a bit.

"Vicki babe, I am Luke." Her eyes shot open.

"Oh fuck I'm sorry."

"Whoa there, language." I told her in a bit shock she would say something like that.

"Oh come on, you say it all the time!" she had a point...

"Anyway, I thought we could go to dinner early so there wouldn't be as many fans, are you up for it?" I asked her as she started to reapply her makeup from before.

"Yeah sure let's go." We stepped out of the IZOD centre to see multiple camera flashes in our faces. Great, paparazzi. Our names were being repeated multiple times and questions were being thrown at us from every direction.

When we finally made it to the rental car Management had set up for us we hopped in. After a few minutes of silence we were at McDonalds.

"What do you want Victoria?" I asked her looking up at the menu for my choice.

"I'll have a chicken nugget meal, but only four. Oh and water to drink please." She told the cashier. The man nodded and I ordered.

"I'll have a Quarter Pounder with cheese and coke to drink." he punched my order in and said,

"11.64." I handed him the money and we waited for our orders.

"So Victoria," I asked, "what is your favourite song by 5SOS?"

"Try Hard, I don't know why but I really love it. I can actually play Out Of My Limit, Heartbreak Girl and Try Hard on guitar." I was impressed.

"Wow that's great! Maybe we can have a little jam session when we get back." she nodded really fast.

"That would be so cool. My two favourite bands in one night!" I laughed at her.

VICTORIA'S POV

When we got back I was still on cloud nine! I can't believe I just went to dinner with Luke Hemmings! Even though it was only McDonalds and I see him almost every day. He's actually the same age as me it's quite odd fan girling about a guy my own age, he'll be 17 in two weeks though.

We sat and talked while eating our meals and it was actually really fun. He told me about his family and why he decided to go into music. He is really nice and super funny. Oh and don't get the wrong idea, I'm in love with Niall not Luke.

"Hey love how was dinner?" Niall opened my dressing room door and asked me.

"It was great, we talked a lot and it was fun." He smiled on the outside but I could tell it hurt him.

"Nialler come here." I opened my arms and he ran towards me engulfing me in a hug.

"I'm really nervous Vic, I don't want you to fall for him and leave me. You guys are closer in age anyway so it would only make sense." I could hear the desperation in his voice.

"Niall I would never do that. You are my one and only, lovely." he groaned.

"I told you not to call me that." I giggled and kissed him. He's too cute.
