I get into the hospital and my heart starts beating fast. They walk me into this room and ask me so many questions.

"Hi I am Erica, I'm going to ask you to please give me your bags and take off your shoes."
I take off my shoes then sit down nervously and my heart is beating so fast I think its gonna explode. They bring me into this very tiny room with nothing to do. My mind is racing in so many directions its hard to stay calm. People come in and out all through the day and night. Someone tells me that my mom is in the hospital and my heart drops, I can't breathe but I managed to calm down.
I fell asleep on this small hard chair but in the morning I had to go through the same process. I was so tired of the same questions I got asked so many times. A tall man came in, he was like 6'5 way taller than me but I just looked at the ground while he asked me questions. My hair is falling in my face, the tears are burning my eyes.

" Minah, I'm Marley and I have to ask you some questions before you leave." I just look up at him and then put my head back down real slow.
" Are you sexually active?"
"No."
"When was the last time you took your medicine?"
"I don't know."
"Do you have any sucidial thoughts right now?"
"No." I lied.
"Are you okay?" My anger started building up from all the questions I've been asked in the last 24 hours, the same questions at that.
"No! I'm not okay gosh just leave me alone!" I screamed and he just looked at me sad but didn't bother to say anything to me. He just left and yet again I felt abandoned but I knew it was my fault. Has it always been my fault that people left me? I thought to myself.
I sat in that tiny room so anxious to get out. My social worker from CPS came. I gathered my things even though I didn't have much.
We got in the car and I didn't say much all the way there. I knew I was gonna have a meeting with my mom and big sister. I wasn't excited at all. I missed my little sister terribly.
