Chapter 6-


Kasey P.O.V.-

After he was saying all those facts about me it made me tear up that he remembers all of that. But what made me bawl my eyeballs out was when he said that I was a forgiving person...

I really am one don't get me wrong but does he really think I would forgive him for what he did?!?! Does he even know what he did?!?! Or how much he hurt me?!?! No he doesn't..he's probably asking Louis right now. I just can't believe he would just come in here and just start yapping away his little Irish mouth of his saying things about me and the person I am and thinking it would make me turn around and hug him and forgive him because it's been so long....yea right Niall! ...

Niall P.O.V.-

Seeing Kasey walk away crying broke my heart into a million pieces. I hate seeing her like this. I don't even know why she's mad at me or hates me.

Louis sat down on the couch next to me and he said he knew why she was like this against me.

"Okay Louis you said you knew why so tell me." I said.

"Look Niall it's not that simple." He said softly. "It's not something that I could just tell you right off the bat."

"Then what is it?"

"It's not in my possession to tell you her feelings." He looked up the stairs toward the direction of Kasey's room. "You need to talk to her. She's hurt real bad Ni and you need to fix it."

"I know I do" I say looking down at my feet. "But could you at least tell me what it's about."

"You ignored her for 3 years Niall. I think you could figure it out." He said grabbing his jacket and walking toward the door.

I look up. "Where are you going?"

He looks back at me while putting on his jacket "To go get food...we were going to go eat but you came." He said.

"Bring me some food to please!" I yelled as he closed the door.

He opens the door 5 seconds after and says "The baby Niall only gets food if he makes baby Kasey be happy and not hate his stinkin guts anymore!" Louis yelled through a crack of the opened door with a baby voice.

Jerk. He knew food was my weakness.

I thought of what to do. Kasey could get real feisty when she's mad... So if I say one thing that ticks her off she'll probably kill me and throw me into the ocean and change her name,move to Mexico, change her appearance, get married to a farmer, and make a living selling goats milk before Louis gets back!
(A/N. really random...i just said the things that were on the tip of my tongue :P don't judge me ;D )

I decided to go to her room but I sat back down and crawled onto the floor when I heard footsteps coming down the stairs. I end up running to the kitchen before she sees me and freaks out. I hide in a space between the refrigerator and a large cabinet. The kitchen was really big so she wouldn't see me here. Then as I look around the kitchen I turn the opposite way of the refrigerator to see my favorite cereal!!!And then i turn back around and Kasey is standing right there about to open the refrigerator.

"AHHH!" I yelled

"AHHHHHH WHAT THE HELL NIALL!!!!" She screamed even louder than me while falling back on the floor and she throws her juice that she was holding up in the air and the cup falls on her head. Thank god it was plastic.

I squeeze out of where I was and offer her a hand to help her up. "You okay?"

"Get away from me!" She says crossing her arms still on the floor tears forming in her eyes.

"Fine." I go to the sink and wet a rag and clean up her mess around her while she doesn't make eye contact but I am watching her the whole time. After I finish cleaning up I go to her and try to help her up again "you sure you're okay?"

"Yes I'm fine" she says shakingly. I could tell she was hurt.

"C'mon Kasey you and I both know something hurts." I say starting to worry. She hasn't moved a muscle. I look down at her foot and it's swollen and I can see it doesn't look normal. I gently touch it.

"OW!" She yelps in pain.

"Kasey let me help you!" She was in pain and I needed to help her. She bites her lip trying to hold in the tears. I gently grab her leg and try to pull it up. Once it's up in the air I try and bend it but it doesn't bend all the way.

"NIALL STOP IT HURTS!"

I needed to take her to the hospital. I try and pick her up bridal style but she pushes my hand away. "I'm fine I don't need your help!" She says with tears in her eyes.

"No you aren't Kasey now let me help you! You need to go to the hospital."

Then the door opens and Louis comes in the kitchen. He glanced at me and then to Kasey and then to Kasey's foot. "OH MY GOD WHAT HAPPENED?!?!" He has a look of worry in his eyes.

"This jerk scared me and made me fall on the floor and hurt my foot!" She manages to yell through the pain.

"It's not my fault I was trying to hide from y-" I was cut off by Louis.

"Damn it Niall I leave you here alone with her so you can try and talk to her but now we have to take her to the freekin hospital!" He says picking Kasey up and Kasey wincing at the pain.

I look down at the floor feeling so much hate toward myself. Then Kasey speaks.
"It doesn't hurt as much... Really."

"Just to be safe lets take you." I say.

"Yea I agree with blondie." Louis says.

"Fine but just a reminder I hate hospitals so whatever they say I'm NOT staying overnight!" She says still holding on to Louis. We walk out and go toward Louis car. I open the backseat for Louis to set her down. "Thanks mate" Lou says as he sits her down.

"Oh shoot!" Kasey yells.

"What happened!" Me and Louis yell in unison looking if we did something wrong.

"Oh nothing I just left my phone on my bed." She giggles a little. Oh her giggle...it was the most amazing sound in the entire world.

"I'll go get it." I say walking back inside. I had no idea where her room was so I tried to remember which set of stairs she walked up to earlier and I came across a door with a pink doorknob....yup this is Kasey's. I open the door and it's exactly like I pictured it. The first thing I see when I walk in is her big bed with light pink blankets and bright pillows and a teddy bear I remember I got her at a fair...I can't believe she kept it.
And then there was a vanity with some makeup stuff neatly organized. And then on the other side there was a desk with a guitar next to it. And then I saw her song book. Her voice was like nothing I've ever heard before it was just beautiful. Then there was another door and I opened it and it was a huge walk in closet with her clothes organized by season and there was also a mirror with some pictures hidden behind the frame. I move the frame and I see pictures of everywhere we went when we were together.

I couldn't hold it, there were tears forming in my eyes. I missed being with her and seeing her smile. Then I saw a picture of us kissing on a roller coaster in Disneyland. That's when I realized I had to do whatever it takes to win her heart back. I wish I could tell her why I stopped talking to her, but she won't let me.

"NIALL HURRY UP!" I heard Louis yelling from downstairs.

"COMING I JUST GOT LOST!" I yelled back as I ran and grabbed her phone off her bed and touched the teddy bear I got her one more time and ran out. I stopped in the hallway mirror to make sure it didn't look like I was crying. I run down and Louis is standing at the door waiting "Jeez Niall if Kasey was dying would you take that long?"

"I know I know lets go!" I say rushing Louis. We get near the car and I open the back door where Kasey was sitting "Hey you doing okay?" I say handing her her phone.

She mumbles a thanks and unlocks her phone.

"Niall maybe you should sit in the back with Kasey in case she needs anything."He gives me a wink as I give him a smile.
I can tell Louis really want to help me fix things.

When we first got on the freeway I looked over to Kasey who was on twitter. I tried thinking if a conversation to make.

"You should give me your twitter name so I can follow you." I say playing with my fingers.

She looks up from her phone and looks at me with a confused face "I don't need a guy from a boy band to follow me on twitter." She looks at me then tells Louis "hey lou what's your twitter name?"

"It's @louis_tomlinson " he does a small laugh as she types it in.

"I thought you said you don't foll-" I was cut off when she spoke.

"I know what I said." She smirked at me. Same old Kasey. See what I mean, when she's mad she gets all feisty. Then I put my hand down and accidentally hit her knee where it was hurt.

"AHH!!! OW OW OW!"

"OH MY GOSH IM SO SORRY KASEY!!!!" I say while I try hugging her.

Louis slams on the breaks "KASEY ARE YOU ALRIGHT?!?" He yells.

"Im fine just go." She bites her lip and holds in the tears as she moves my hand away from trying to comfort her "Just please leave me alone."

-10 minutes later-

We arrived to the hospital and Louis carried Kasey into the lobby and told the receptionist what happened and a minute later two guys walked in with a stretcher and Louis placed her on it. We followed them to a room where there was a doctor waiting and me and Louis waited in the waiting room.

"I feel horrible Lou" I say with my head in my hands. "I can't believe she hates me."

Louis puts a hand on my shoulder "C'mon mate she doesn't hate you... She's just really hurt."

"I have to get her back Louis I never stopped thinking about her!" I looked down. "The reason I stopped talking to her is because when I went to the X-Factor remember when management told me to clear my mind?" Louis nodded. "Well they knew about Kasey and they said I needed to loose all contact with her. They forced me because she was the only thing on my mind. I was so sad. It was the biggest mistake of my life. And when we finished our first tour the people that told me that left. But I didn't call her or anything because it was already 2 years I didn't talk to her and I thought she would've forgotten about me. But I was wrong." Tears were beginning to fall down my cheeks.

"It will all be okay." Louis said. Then the doctor came in with Kasey next to him in a wheelchair and a brace from mid-thigh to her mid-shin. Me and Louis both stand up and I speak first "What happened?"

The doctor looked at Kasey for a response but she just looked away from me so the doctor began to speak. "Well it appears that Kasey has a slight sprain on the knee so it's nothing major."

Louis looked very concerned "if it wasn't major then why was she in so much pain?"

The doctor looks at his clipboard and answers "that's because the sprain is touching her ligament and all the pulls and pressure of the sprain it's causing the ligament to want to tear."

Mine and Louis eyes widen. "How long will she be in the brace?" I ask looking at Kasey but she avoids me.

"She will wear the brace until she feels it's better but we will be providing her with crutches since she won't be able to walk completely for a couple of days. So I say total recovery time...just about a week."

Me and Louis sigh in relief. "Thank you doctor." I smile at the doctor and Louis begins pushing Kasey out of the waiting room and into the lobby where they will give her crutches.

"Here you go hun" a nurse says as she adjusts Kasey's height on the crutches.

"Thank you so much" Kasey answers smiling. She always knew how to lighten up a place with that smile.

After me and Louis help her into the car we begin to drive back to Kasey's house.

I needed to do it. I needed to talk to her it was making me sad seeing her dislike me like this. She was on her phone as I tap her shoulder.

"What do you want Niall?" She asks trying to be polite but I could tell she was irritated.

"I want to talk to you when we get home." I say looking at her. I had to remind myself to blink. I was so lost in my thoughts just looking at her.

"About what?" She says still on her phone.

I had to do it.

No I can't she hates me.

C'mon Niall man up!

But I don't wanna be a man!

Ugh I have to... Do it for Kasey.

"About us."

Once I said those words the phone fell out of her hand and she looked up at me.

If it wasn't so dark I could've been able to see if she was surprised or happy....

What if she was mad?

I'm so dead.
