Stella's POV:
Third period and I just got a text from Hannah that there is an extreme party over on Michigan Avenue. Two more periods, two more periods. Comon clock!! Tick and tock faster!!!"Heyy, Stell, you ok? You seem antsy." Nick caught my attention after second period.
"Huh? Oh yeah, I'm fine. I just got a text from Hannah saying that there was a super hype party over on Michigan Avenue. We HAVE to go. But by the time we get to fifth period, it might be over. Ugh!!!!" I said, loud enough for Nick to only hear me.
"We do have to go there. What kind of party is it?" Nick asked as he gestured Skyler to come over hear to listen. We sat at the back of the class and were always the last ones to exit the classrooms after each period.
"College football. The team that is celebrating has won all their games and no losses. They're going on to champion so it's really a big deal. The party started at 7 A.M. A bit early for my liking but knowing college people they'll be partying 'til the sun goes down." I quickly briefed them on what was happening. "They are all of age and a couple under age but they have some tequila and red wine along with some Coke and rum. Other beverages for the younger people are, like, boring stuff. Like tea and punch. I seriously doubt that any of the collegers that are under age will go for those cause they wanna seem cool."
"Then that means there's gonna be nothing left for us when we got there after fifth. We have to go, like, right now." Skyler told me in sorta a whisper yell.
"I know, I know. But we can't just ditch these classes. We are already in enough trouble as it is when they catch us from our fifth-sixth-seventh period ditch." Nick says after a few seconds of thought.
"Hey! Stell, you can call Hannah or Marshal to come pick us up with an excuse like our.... some sort of relative.... is in the hospital. Just not your brother, 'cause that's just a bad lie." Skyler said, trying to think of a quick way to form an excuse for us to leave.
"That might work. I just have to get to my locker to text them both. I'll have to start a group text to make it faster." I said with a quiet voice as we hurried to my locker. I quickly did my combination and got to my phone. I used the voice text part to send them the message: {Yo, I need you guys to come pick the 3 of us up. We need to get to the party before the drinks run out. Make an excuse, like a relative, except my brother, is in the hospital or something, see you soon.} As soon as the text was sent, Skyler and Nick ran to their lockers and we all packed their bags with some school supplies to make it seem as if we will do our work that we will miss. After that, we ran to fourth period and sat down in our seats. We got called over to the office almost immediately. Turns out, Marshal was on his way over here after buying a few groceries and stuff for him and Hannah. We went to out lockers, grabbed our bags and phones, and left for the party.
*****time skip to party*****
As we walked into the party, Marshal was telling us how lucky we were that he wasn't at this party just yet and he was passing by the school.
"Yeah yeah yeah, we get it M, go find your bae, we can handle ourselves." I said, already understanding where he was getting at."Ok. Don't drink too much guys, when you start to get a buzz, stop there or take one more drink. Any more than that and you're in for a hell hole of dizziness, nausea, and hangover. You guys are still young, so people will begin to wonder what is up with you guys when you walk into school with even a whisper gives you a headache. Catch up with us when you can, knowing Hannah, she'll be in the pool." Marshal was telling us.
