Stella's POV:
Ugh, my head. Good Lord. And..... hmph, hmph! Where's a trashcan?! Holding my hand over my mouth I looked around my room. I saw Nick resting his head at the foot of my bed. He must have stayed with me all night. Hmph! I'll worry about him later, right now, I need a trashcan. I looked around some more and found the trashcan next to the head of my bed, so I let out all the vomit I have been holding in. What happened last night? "Stella?" Someone said my name. I looked towards the door to see Skyler looking inside."Hey Sky. What are you doing? Ungh, and why does my head hurt and why am I throwing up?" I aksed, knowing that she might have a better idea of what has happened.
"You drank too much yesterday. You have a hangover and your body is trying to get rid of all the waste you put in there." Skyler briefed me in.
"Ahh, I see. And what is Nick doing at the foot of my bed?" I asked, looking at Nick with concern.
"He was worried about you," Skyler said, turning away,"He wouldn't leave you alone because he knew how sick you would become." Skyler started closing the door, sniffling as she did so. What up with her? Is it something I said? Or did? Nick started to wake up as he heard the door being closed. "S-Stella? Stella! Are you ok?!" Nick asked with a panic look in his eyes.
"Yeah." I said holding my head. I must've really overdone it.
"Oh. Sorry Stell. I forgot that any loud noises will give you a headache. Do you need some ginger ale or some food? How about a glass of water to get you started?" Nick whispered.
"Uhh, yeah. Sure. Thanks Nick." I said, holding in some more vomit. He ran out the door and I turned back to the trashcan to throw up some more. Ugh, this really sucks. "*huff* *huff* I'm back." Nick said, opening the door.
"What? Did you run to CVS to get me water?" I asked sarcastically.
"No, *huff* I heard you throwingup so I rushed to get the water and ran back up here." Nick said, panting afterwards.
"You know, it's not that far of a walk to the kitchen from my room?" I deadpanned.
"Yeah, but I'm worried about you. This is the first time you've drank too much." Nick said, walking in and handing me the glass of water. I took it from his hand and drank a little. "How long have you been up?" Nick asked after a couple of seconds.
"Don't know. Ask Skyler. She was up when I woke up. We had a little chat and she left almost crying. I have no idea what happened to her but then you woke up so I just left it alone." I said, taking a sip of my water once again.
"She was crying yesterday too when she saw me taking care of you. She said to leave her alone so I did so because I didn't want to leave you alone for too long. But I think I should've stayed and talked to her a little bit, to, ya know, see what was wrong. I'll go check on her now." And with that, Nick gave me a quick hug and went downstairs to talk to Skyler. So I took the opportunity to take a nap and get some rest.
Nick's POV:
I went downstairs to have a little chat with Sky. I walked down the stairs, scanning the area for Skyler. I spotted her on the couch watching TV. I walked up behind the couch and vaulted over to sit down beside her. She tried to ignore me when I repeated her name about 3 times. "Skyler! We have to talk. Right. Now!!" I said, I powerful aura around me.
