I made a mistake/ a Spoby fanfic

Toby's birthday

~two months later~
Today is Toby's birthday. I got up early today so I can finish getting his present ready. Skyla is still sleeping so I walk quietly back in our room where I see that Toby is already awake.
"Morning. Happy birthday Toby."
"Morning baby. Thank's." I kiss him and sit down beside Toby as I give him his birthday present.
"Hey Spence you didn't have to give me anything. I have already a perfect fiance and a really adorble daughter."
"Yeah I know but I wanted to." I watch Toby as he opens his present. While he opens his present hundret ideas are running thought my head. What if he dosen't like it? Will he be mad at me for not telling him sooner? How will he react?  But before I get the chance to think about something else Toby hugs and kisses me.
"Is it really true? That you are pregnant?"
"Yeah of course. Why should I lie to you?"
"I don't know. Are you upset?"
"What? No why should I be upset Spence?"
"I have no idea maybe because I got pregnant before we got married?"
"And you really think this does matter something? How far along are you?"
"I think around seven weeks. But I have an doctor appointment in three weeks and then we will know more. Are you coming with me?"
"Of course I'm going to the doctor appointment with you but why haven't you told me about your pregnancy sooner?"
"I wanted to suprise you on your birthday."
"Oh that's definitly a great birthday present. I love you."
"I love you too Toby." When I kiss him Skyla runs into our room and jumps on the bed.
"Mommy. Daddy." Toby catches her and puts Skyla on his lap. I kiss Skyla on her cheek and tell her that it is her Daddy's birthday. As soon as she knows that she hugs him and congratulates Toby. We decided to wait to tell Skyla about the baby until we know the gender.
"Come on let's go downstairs to eat breakfast." Toby takes her and we walk downstairs to eat breakfast. The rest of the day the girls and their boyfriends are coming over to celebrate Toby's birthday.
