I made a mistake/ a Spoby fanfic

"Hello Doctor?"
"Yes Miss?"
"Sorry but they told me my fiance is here?"
"What's your fiances name?"
"I'm sorry it's Toby Cavanaugh." Emily grabs my arm and waits until the doctor says something.
"Oh alright. I'm his doctor."
"How is he?"
"It dosen't look good for him."
"Has he any chance to live?"
"Yes but first of all he has to wake up from his coma."
"Do you know how this happened?"
"Your finace was on the street when a car drove into his car. We actually have found something when they took his car away. Do you want to see?" I nod and we walk into his office where he takes something out from the board. As soon as I see this I begin to cry. It's ten rosses and a letter. The doctor gives me the letter and the roses and tells Emily and me we can see him after I have read this letter. I nod and walk into the waiting room.
"Do you want to have some privacy?" I shake my head and she sits down beside me. I take the note out and began to read it.
My beautiful fiance,
I am so happy that we are back together and that we can celebrate our first anniversery. Sorry that I have gone before I saw you in the morning but I will see you as soon as I am back. I promise I won't be long. But I bought you this flowers to tell you how much I love you. Our love lasts until the last flower dies....
PS: The last flower isn't a real one.

When I finished reading this I'm fully in tears. Emily hugs me and calms me down.
"Hey everything will be ok." When I have calmed down a bit a Doctor comes and tells me that I can see Toby now. I nod and thank him.
"Do you want to have some privacy?"
"Yes please."
"Alright I'm calling Hanna in the meantime and ask how Skyla is doing." I nod and walk towarwards Toby's room.
