Doctor appointment

~three weeks later~
Toby and I are having a doctor appointment today to see how our baby is doing. I am so exited to see our baby. While Toby and I are going to the doctor the girls are coming over to watch Skyla. I already asked them if they can watch her and they told me that they would love to. Just as I finish putting the dishes away the doorbell rings. Before I can open Skyla runs to the door and hugs the girls.
"Auntie Hanna, Auntie Aria, Auntie Emily. I missed you. But I am so exited that I can spend the day with all my aunties." I chuckle at her action. I hug the girls before Toby and I are ready to leave.
"Thank you so much for taking care of her. We really apriciate it."
"Sure no probleme but why do we have to watch her? Not that we don't want to I just want to know."
"Hanna we can't tell you this now but you will find out soon. Bye girls and thank you." We walk to the car and drive to the doctor office. As we sit down to wait until I get called Toby and I make small talk.
"I can't wait to see our baby. What do you think? Is it a boy or girl?"
"I don't know but I think we will find out in around three months." I kiss his cheek as a doctor calls us. I grab his hand as we walk into the doctor office. Toby and I make small talk until the doctor tells me to lay down.
"So do you know how far along you are Spencer?"
"No but I think about six to seven weeks." She nods and makes an ultrasound. Toby grabs my hand and smiles. He is so exited about this pregnancy and can't stop talking about it since I told him.
"Ok Spencer it looks like your seven weeks along. congratulations. Can you come in six weeks again and we can hopefully tell the gender of the baby. But other than that you can go home." Toby and I shake her hand and walk back to our house of the doctor office.
