Chapter 6- Wait..... Written?!

(Day of registration.)

Amaya runs up to the front of the academy to meet up with the rest of her squad. "Sorry I'm late." Amaya says trying to catch her breath.

"Where have you been?" Yuki asks impatiently.

"Training." Amaya replies still out of breath. "Let's go."

As they come up to "Room 302" they saw a group of kids in front of the door. They were being blocked by two boys.

"Something's not right here." Suki says.

Yuki covers her right eye and looks over to the boys for a minute. "Yup, Gen-jutsu" Yuki says before walking away.

Amaya stands there confused for a minute before snapping out of it and running to catch up with the rest of her squad.

When they enter the classroom they group together looking around at the other squads.

After a little while all the rookie teams arrived in the room. Naruto made a huge announcement about how he was going to defeat everybody.

Yuki facepalms while Suki giggles. Amaya sighs heavily. A boy with grey hair and glasses approached the rookies and started talking to them.

"What's he showing them?" Amaya asks curiously.

"Let's see." Yuki says dropping a clay spider. The spider runs over to the group and ends up sitting on Naruto's head.

"They're cards with information on the ninja taking this exam. A little stalkerish, but anyway. They're looking at someone called Rock Lee. He's pretty good at tai-jutsu but other than that he's hopeless." Yuki says sounding kind of bored. "Now they have Gaara's card. Don't know much about him. Ok, now they have Amaya's card. Mainly uses tai-jutsu, and doesn't really know anything worth worrying about in nin-jutsu. Pretty average. Ok, slight problem. They have Suki's card. On the bright side they only have your intellengence which is low." Yuki says mostly to Suki. "Now they have my card, which is blank... Katsu." Yuki says forming the half tiger hand sign. The clay spider jumps off Naruto's head and explodes, destroying the cards. The rookies and grey haired boy fall backwards. They all glare at Yuki who gives a sarcastic smile and waves.

The grey haired boy stands and walks over to the group. "That was a pretty interesting display. Tell me, how did you know we were looking at your card?"

Yuki rolls her eyes. "My bombs are more than just pretty explosives." She says.

The boy pushes up his glasses. "Oh really."

"I'm not an idiot, I'm not going to tell you anymore information." Yuki says glaring at the boy. He sighs and walks away.

They make their way to their seats. Yuki was sitting in a back corner, Suki sat in the middle of the room, and Amaya was seated near the front.

The instructor came into the room and started to explain the rules. "There are 10 questions. You will be given an hour to complete them. You have 9 of the questions in front of you. When there are 15 minutes left, you will be given the 10th question. If you are caught cheating, 2 points will be deducted from your score. Get caught 5 times and you will be asked to leave and you will have to try again next year."

After the proctor, Ibiki, Started the exam, Amaya looks down at her exam, reading the questions. 'How am I supposed to know any of these? They never taught us any of these things in the academy. And who cares at what angle I throw the freaking shuriken as long as I hit my target?' Amaya thinks to herself confused.  Amaya looked around to see how the rest of her squad was doing. Yuki was communicating with her spiders, Suki had her shringan activated, and many other kids around the room were also using their special abilities. 'What am I going to do?' Amaya looks down at her test. 'I guess I'll just skip the ones I don't know and try to get something done. Some points are better than none right?' Amaya continues to look through the questions in front of her. 'They just keep getting harder! What am I supposed to do? I don't have much time left.' Amaya looks around franticly trying to find someone to copy. 'But if I get caught me and my squad will be thrown out. Yuki would kill me! I'll just have to do it without being caught!'

Amaya looks around but is stopped when she hears "It's time for the 10th and final question. Now, if you answer this question incorrectly, you will fail and not be allowed to take the exam ever again. You will be forced to remain a genin. If you get the question right, you will pass. You do not have to recieve the final question if you do not want to, you can simply leave now and you will be allowed to try again next year." Ibiki says.

'That means that if I get this question right I can still pass! But if I get it wrong...'

"Anyone who would not like to recieve the final question may leave now. Remember, you can always try again next year if you choose not to recieve the question."

'Maybe I should raise my hand...' Amaya thinks.

"Amaya Hatake, if you even think of raising your hand I'll blast you to hell!" Yuki mutters.

'Yet again.... Yuki would probably kill me...' Amaya looks back at Yuki who gives her a death glare. 'Yup, not raising my hand.'

"Last chance for anybody who does not want to recieve the final question." Ibiki says. Amaya turns around facing forward as beads of sweat lined her face. When nobody else left, Ibiki continued. "Ok, now for the 10th and final question. "Ibiki says causing almost everyone in the room to be nervous.

'Here we go!'

There is a long and tense silence.

"You all........pass!" Ibiki says making almost everyone in the room to sigh in relief.

Amaya lets out a breath that she hadn't relized she had been holding. She looks back at Yuki who smirks. 'Amaya glares at Yuki. How did she know?'

Yuki smirks a little then looks at Ibiki.

"Alright, we finished a little early so it should be a while until-" Ibiki is cut off by the window breaking and girl entering.

"Alright you maggots, listen up!" The girl who had broken through the window shouts.

Ibiki sighs, "You're early Anko"

Amaya just sits there staring at Anko. Yuki smirks at Anko impressed.

Anko explains the rules; which were basically just to meet her at the forest of death early the next morning and disappears.

Everyone regroups with threir squads.

"You knew."Amaya says walking up to Yuki and Suki.

"No shit." Yuki says. Amaya crosses her arms and gives Yuki a look. "Grow up will you." Yuki says.

"Shut up." Amaya replies.
