the fizzle of your lips
tingle as they fall upon
my own but my lips will burn
until i figure out if
this is what love feels like
the warmth of your breath
hits my cold face while
you speak words so diligent to
my ears
and i weep at night because
i don't truly know
if this is what love feels like
the quiver of your tongue as
it caresses every inch of
my body makes me seep
a moistness that i've
never reached
but i'll stay dry as long
as it takes me to figure out
if this is what love feels like
