everything feels better with you
your introverted action and sly words
that jab me in my gut
i couldn't live without them
looking down the road you
see vivacious, energetic
but it's not the same for me
i was broken like a vase that
was mistakenly knocked over
you were that mistake
looking down the road i
see the eternal everlasting struggle for
me to repair myself
from the damage that you did
to me; but again
i couldn't live without it
