the bond

I told my mom I could go to the Velociraptor paddock by myself, so I grabbed my phone and my sketchbook and went off. It was hard to find the cage but I eventually got there. I sat down on the bench in front of the glass and looked at the raptor that stepped out of the bushes. The Raptor had orange and turquoise stripes side by side going from its tail to its head. It was a male raptor ,and he was beautiful.
Sam's p.o.v (point of view)
She came and sat on the bench in front of the glass. It looked like she was drawing a picture of me. It felt nice to see someone drawing me.
Joy's p.o.v
When I looked up I saw that the raptor was staring at me. Which I didn't mind,"weirdest thing I've seen today" I said to myself.
Sam's p.o.v
"Weirdest thing I've seen today" she said to herself."You're telling me, there's some random person drawing me" I said to myself.
Joy's p.o.v
I heard a voice say something about a random person drawing. I stood up,"hello?" I said as I looked around.
Sam's p.o.v
I heard her say hello to someone"who is she talking too?" I said to myself.
Joy's p.o.v
I heard the same voice say"who is she talking too?"
I turned to the raptor and I heard"what?" I screamed and ran into the wall as I stared at the raptor in fear. "Did you say that?!?!" I said to the raptor. "Are you talking to me?" Said the raptor. Then we botched screamed.
Sam's p.o.v
When I said that she looked at me and I said"what?" Then she screamed and we both a step back. Did she hear me or what, I had know idea what was happening. "Did you say that?!?!" The human said,"Are you talking to me?"I asked we both screamed and I was so confused.
Joy's p.o.v
After screaming I said"can you talk?"I asked. "I don't know but I'm so confused" said the raptor, we both were very confused. "I am talking to a raptor, I am talking to a raptor, I am talking to a raptor, I AM TALKING TO A RAPTOR!!!!" I said nervously."I am just as confused as you are" the raptor said, I was glad that he was just as confused as I was. "Have you always been able to talk?" I said, "Yes but no because I can communicate with other raptors but not with people" he said. I was still weirded out by the fact that this Velociraptor was talking to me. "I must be able to talk to dinosaurs or something"I said, "finally someone to talk too" the raptor said. I imagine that it would get lonely in there. "This is a weirdest question to ask a Velociraptor but, what is your name?"I said. "My name is Sam ,that is what I call myself" said Sam. I think I might have made a raptor friend.
Sam's p.o.v
So I found out that this girl can talk to Velociraptors, which is really good for me. I also think that is kind of strange, how would a human be able to communicate with me? "What is your name?" I asked, I was very curious about this girl. "My name is Joy Sanders" she said, "do all humans have two names like that?" I said. "Yes" she said, this was a interesting conversation. It would be strange if another human saw this girl talking to a raptor.
Joy's p.o.v
"How old are you?" I said, "about 12 I think" he said. "Well I am 11 so we have a close age" I said. "Do you ever get out of the cage?" I asked, "sometimes"Sam said. I want to start calling him by his name and not keep calling him a freak of nature. "Is it okay if I let you out?" I asked, "sure but I'm only allowed over there in the forest so I don't scare anyone"said Sam. That made sense (not trying be rude to Sam or anything but it makes sense). So he showed me the way to the back door and I opened it. When I saw him out of his cage, he was a lot more beautiful raptor when he's out of his cage.
Sam's p.o.v
The girl was wondering if she could let me out and I told her to go to the back door. When I stepped out she looked like she had never seen anything so amazing in her life. "Is it okay if I pet you?" Joy said, "sure" I said. She got a little nervous when she petted ,but then she was okay with it. "Your scales are beautiful or awesome or whatever you raptors say about yourself" Joy said, that is very nice of you to say" I responded. It was quiet for a second, then we started taking a walk. She wasn't WALKING me she was walking with me.
Joy's p.o.v
We started walking threw the forest, which was awesome to do with Sam,"so are friends?" I asked him,"I guess so" said Sam.
