the lost and the loss

I spent forever looking for him, I didn't know where he was. "Sam!" I kept calling out his name but I could never tell if he responded. I went back to his cage "is Sam in there?" I asked Amy, "no I thought he was with you?" Gosh dang it, I lost a dinosaur. "Crud ,can you help me find him?" I asked ,"Yes ,of course!" She said. We split up trying to look for him, neither of us had found him. I started to get scared of if he was completely lost. He was completely lost because none of us had been in this forest before. I tried checking the old visitors center but he wasn't there.
Amy's p.o.v
I was scared that Sam might be was lost. He probably was but I hoped he wasn't.
Sam's p.o.v
Joy left to go pack up her stuff, and I realized, I didn't know my way back. So for a while I just sat there (well, stood there), then I decided to try and find my way back. It didn't work out that well, I was now completely lost. I couldn't find out which way was which way.
Joy's p.o.v
I went to our room and grabbed my flashlight so I could finally see what was in front of me. I was so tired but I had to keep searching for Sam.
Amy's p.o.v
I thought I saw Sam ,but it was just a mouse. I was very nervous while I was looking for him, I couldn't stand thinking of him being all alone.
Joy's p.o.v
I was looking around and then, I saw him 7 feet away from me. "Sam! Where have you-" I was interrupted by a loud BANG! His chest started bleeding. He looked at me ,he fell over, and died.
