I could clearly see that these photos were old but the name,Kadie, was on every single one. I didn't know what to think, but I thought maybe Kadie had been here before and could have possibly left the photos, or did someone else? Now my mind was really wondering, what should I do? Should I ask mother? Should I keep it a secret? I was so confused. I decided to keep it to myself for a while, I wanted to try to get mom to accidentally say something about the girl since mothers actions against the photos hinted she knew something about the girl. I fell asleep after fiddling through the photos for what seemed forever, there was SO many of them, you could almost make three albums with them. I was surprised to see this many photos. That morning when I woke up I made sure to scoot the pictures under the bed with my foot and then I walked out into the living room and up a short flight of stairs to the kitchen. Everything was different in this cabin, I hated it, I wanted to go home to my one story city house that I had lived in for all my life. Mom didn't seem to mind the switch from home to here, but we both knew I wasn't enjoying. Mom was already at the table when I walked into the kitchen." Good morning sweetheart!" She said glaring at me. "Good morning mother." I replied. I was surprised to see her smiling, smiling was pretty rare these days coming from mother. I wish mother was still the way she used to be, back when I was younger. I could never tell what got into her, she suddenly was so gloomy. I felt sorta bad for mother, but hopefully she would get past it. I smiled at mother and before I could say anything mom gave me a dirty look.
